Honor your father and mother. You came into your father and mothers home where you have been loved and protected during those early years of your life, and you became an integral part of their family. 2006-09-17 I bless you to love and honor your goodly parents all the days of your mortal ministry. 2008-01-27 You have been raised as a calf in a stall in a world filled with turmoil, noise, and uncertainty. Appreciate your parents for their efforts to teach you the gospel from your youth. Honor and obey them. 2008-06-08 You have been blessed with goodly parents as Nephi of old. Honor your parents. They will also help you make correct decisions, so listen to their counsel and advice. Likewise your heavenly parents love you, want you to be successful and to be happy. 2014-01-10 It will be your privilege to come forth on the morning of the first resurrection, clothed with honor and glory ready to go forth into the Celestial Realms to receive your crown of glory. 2014-01-14 As you may have realized at this point, you can realize the magnificent spirit that you were and you are by the beautiful family that you have been assigned to; a family who loves their Heavenly Father, a family who loves their Savior, a family that teaches the gospel within the walls of their home, a family that conducts their home as President McKay once stated as a bit of heaven here upon the earth. 2014-08-03 Our Father in Heaven knew that, besides sending you to wonderful parents, you would need to come through a special spiritual lineage. He knew that you would need the support, the training, the guidance and the example of two wonderful parents who would help show you the way; that you might know what life can be when you marry in the Temple of the Lord. There are people here today, in this very room, who are grateful for you and they rejoice in hearing your tender comments to your parents and your powerful testimony. 2015-01-25 It is not by chance that you have been born to the family in which you live. Through your faithfulness you were blessed to be part of a beautiful family who have enveloped you with faith, love, and understanding. They have taught you the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Principles of right and wrong. It is important you thank your mother and father for those rich blessings which are yours. Be close to your mother, love her and honor her, cherish your friendship and companionship, trust in her and rely on her and share your thoughts and feelings with her. Call upon your father for blessings of health and strength and encouragement. Be a good friend to him, be obedient to his counsel and realize that his greatest desire is for your happiness, well-being and advancement here upon the Earth in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. 2015-04-28 You have been blessed with goodly parents who have raised you in the church and provided you a home filled with the gospel and the teachings of Jesus Christ. Continue to adhere to their counsel and guidance and you will find joy in this life. 2016-04-24 You have been placed very deliberately in the mortal family you belong to. Know that your parents are the very best ones for you. 2017-09-10 You are a blessed child to have been nurtured by such righteous persons who have loved and nurtured you. They are so dear to you and so kind. They want everything for you. Blessing #6 Choose friends who are like unto your father and your mother, who honor, obey and sustain the kingdom of God here upon this earth. Blessing #94 You have been born of goodly parents and you should listen to their counsel and advice. Blessing #50 Continue to honor your parents; love them, care for them, and when they are old, care for them as they have cared for you. Blessing #413 You have been blessed to be raised in a family where you have been taught the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
