Sister ***** as a servant of God holding His Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and as an ordained Patriarch in the _____ Stake, I lay my hands upon your head and confer upon you a Patriarchal Blessing according to your need and desire.

My dear Sister *****, you were a valiant diligent, faithful spirit in the pre-existence. The Lord loved you, the Lord taught you and you accepted Christ's plan to come to earth with your free agency. You have elected on this earth, to join His Church and with this comes great responsibility. You were a favored spirit of the Lord in the pre-existence and the Lord blessed you with many great and wonderful blessings and characteristics. He blessed you with a keen mind. He blessed you with an understanding of the world's problems and of humanity, a special blessing not given to all. He blessed you with a spirit of love, kindness and gentleness and a spirit that desires to be of service to the Lord's children on this earth. The Lord gave you additional blessings, many of which you know nothing of at this time. Additional talents that you need to magnify on this earth and as you do so, the Lord will bless you with additional blessings and as the occasion and the need may arise, you will be blessed even with spiritual powers and strengths to meet the needs of yourself, your family and others who may be looking to you for guidance, direction and assistance. Therefore, live you life in a manner pleasing before the Lord, that you might receive these many blessings that the Lord has promised to you.

My dear Sister *****, you come of a good father and mother here on this earth. A father and mother who love you. They are noble and goodly and they desire your best welfare here on this earth. Be kind to them and to all your family and extended family and the Lord with bless you and open the way for you. Not only do you come of a noble father and mother, but you are of royal ancestry through the great Prophets of the Lord on this earth, even Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. You are of the household of Joseph through the loins of Ephraim. This is a wonderful and great lineage. The Lord has made great promises to those of this lineage. He has fixed responsibility and given to those of this lineage an opportunity to receive His choicest blessings. All such blessings are contingent upon your living the Gospel of Jesus Christ while on this earth. Therefore, study the scriptures, learn of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, acquire a strong testimony of Him, bear that testimony often and do those things that the Lord desires of you. Remain pure in body, mind and spirit as there is great strength in purity.

My dear Sister *****, I bless you that in the Lord's good time, you may select a young man as your husband and that you may accompany him to the Temple of the Lord, to be sealed for time and eternity. As you and your husband enter the Temple, you will make covenants, eternal covenants with each other and with the Lord. It is important that you remember these covenants and never violate them. As you and your husband return to the Temple to learn more of the Lord's Gospel and to enhance the covenants that you have made, you will be blessed with children. Special spirits held in reserve for you and your husband to rear here on this earth. Be kind to them, love them, cherish them, teach them of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and instill within them a testimony of our Lord and Savior. These are special spirits, these are accomplished spirits, spirits who will do great things in the name of the Lord here on this earth and magnify your name.

My dear Sister *****, the Temple will be a place of great comfort for you, your husband and your family. You will find joy and satisfaction in doing the work for the dead in the Temple and in doing ancestral work in order that all members of your family may have the opportunity to receive the life saving ordinances that you will receive. The Temple will be a place of great importance and a place where your innermost prayers may be offered and answers received.

My dear Sister *****, I bless you with strength of body, mind and spirit, that you may move forward with the desires of your heart. That you may accomplish such purposes you desire by way of education, vocation or professionalism, in order that you might support yourself and be of assistance to your husband, should the need arise. I bless you that if it be your desire to serve the Lord by going on a mission, the Lord will open the way for you. You will be called to go to those who are in spiritual darkness and religious ignorance. You will do wonderful work in the mission field. There will be those who will call you blessed for the message that you leave with them. Your greatest calling, however on this earth, will be that of a mother in Zion, a worthy mother and a worthy wife. Remember the importance and righteous needs of the children in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

My dear Sister *****, remember the Lord in all that you do. Go to Him daily in prayer, seeking guidance and direction, seeking comfort and knowledge. The Lord will be with you, He will answer your prayers and you will know the truthfulness of these answers by a burning in your bosom. Having received answers to your prayers, rise from your knees and go about your life with renewed vigor, strength, understanding and faith.

My dear Sister *****, you are one who is wanted and needed on this earth, prepare yourself accordingly and the Lord will open the way for you and bless you. You have been reserved over many ages to come to this earth at this time and in doing so, you have received special privileges and special opportunities come to you. Through the blessings of the Lord, you will be happy, dutiful and able to accomplish your many purposes here on this earth. I bless you now with the understanding of the Lord's Gospel and its principles. I bless you that you will exercise all the faith necessary to do the things of the Lord on this earth.

My dear Sister *****, I bless you now that after you have completed your great mortal life, that you shall have the power to rise on the morning of the First Resurrection, passing by even the angels of Heaven into the Celestial Kingdom and there with your good husband, your children, your posterity and all who may be added to you, reign forever and ever. Now I seal you up as a candidate for the Celestial Kingdom and I do this in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
