Dear Sister *****, in response to your faith and the desire of your heart, I lay my hands upon your head and as the Spirit shall so prompt me, give unto you your Patriarchal Blessing. With it I give you this promise: If you will live for its fulfillment and if you will prayerfully ponder your blessing in time of need, it will be a source of strength and enlightenment to you throughout your life. *****, The Lord loves you: He is mindful of the desires of your heart and He will bless you if you will seek those blessings and if you will live for their fulfillment.

You are a special spirit, a member of a chosen and covenanted people in the House of Israel for you are of the lineage of Ephraim and entitled to all of the blessings of that covenanted people. I bless you that you will have a desire to know the special prophecies and promises that were made for the posterity of Ephraim in these last days. And I bless you that you will have knowledge and understanding of those blessings and promises for they will become opportunities for you to help in these last days in preparing the world for the second coming of the Savior. During your life, you will have the opportunity to teach the gospel, even to those who are not members of the Church. You can be the means of helping many of them become members of the Lord's Church and to enjoy the blessings that you enjoy.

*****, it is not by chance that you live in a home and a family where the priesthood presides. Honor your parents and honor the priesthood. I bless you that you will do so and that you will heed the counsel that is given by your parents and that you will accept blessings under the hands of your father. I promise you that they will be inspired in giving counsel to you and in guiding your life. The time will come when you will understand and know that their counsel was given out of love and out of their desire to have you be successful and to have a full and happy life. I promise you that this can be so for out of their love and out of the love of The Lord, through your faithfulness, great blessings will come to you. You will even be blessed in adversity. Know that all things that happen to you will give you experience and will help prepare you for your life, not only on this earth but for your eternal life. I bless you that as you were a choice spirit reserved to come forth in these last days that you will continue valiant in this life thereby keeping this second estate well and having blessings and glory eternally.

I bless you that you will always seek for friends and companions who have the same high ideals that you have, those who have set righteous goals for themselves. For in their companionship of those worthy individuals, the Spirit will be with you to guide and direct you. So always be found in those places where the Spirit may dwell. If you will be true and faithful, you will continually gain in strength and righteousness even to where the time will come that for you, Lucifer will be bound. He will have no power to tempt you and through your faithfulness and righteous living, you will will be able to endure all of the trials that will come to you and you will be able to accomplish your mission here upon this earth and be prepared to dwell in the presence of your Eternal Father.

I bless that throughout your life you will have sufficient health and strength to accomplish your mission. I especially bless you that your mind will continue to be clear and keen even to the end of your days. And I bless you that your sweet spirit will be radiated to all who know you and that it will be be borne in a strong testimony of the gospel, a testimony that can convince others of the truthfulness of the gospel and to which the Spirit will bear witness. So ***** when you feel inspired, bear your testimony; tell others of the sure knowledge you have of the truthfulness of the gospel and of the reality that The Lord lives. For you have a special gift of knowing that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he did come and dwell among men and fulfill His mission of redeeming this world and of making it possible for all those who will look to Him and keep His commandments to, at some future time, dwell with Him. Now I add to this blessing and this gift a gift of integrity--that you will be known by all with whom you associate for your honesty and that your word can be trusted. And I bless you with wisdom and discernment that you will always know what to do and what to say that it will not only be acceptable unto your Father in Heaven but it will be worthy of His blessings.

So I bless you and send you forth in the love of your Father in Heaven to assume positions of leadership, especially among the women of His Church, that you will be known as an honored mother in Zion. And I bless you that in due time, as you receive and eternal companion and begin your own eternal family that you will be a help meet in very deed and that you will carry that power of discernment into your family and be able to guide your children in paths of truth and righteousness.

I bless you that in all things that you desire to do in righteousness that you will find success and fulfillment--that you will be successful in your school work and in that which you desire as a life's work and that all these things will contribute to your eternal life and will bring you joy and happiness, a happiness that you will be able to share with our family and with others. You will be able to add to their joy and happiness. So go forth knowing that the Lord loves you and He will always be near you if you will seek for His blessings. Acknowledge His blessings in your daily prayers, pour out your heart to Him--your needs and your desires and I promise you that you will have answers to your prayers. And I bless you that you will have wisdom to do what He would have you do and out of that will come greater blessings and greater knowledge, even until the time will come when you will have a knowledge of all things that are essential for your salvation.

I seal these blessings upon you and seal upon you the faith and the strength to endure to the end that you may thereby have eternal life. And I seal you up to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection to be joined with your loved ones and to be crowned a queen among the faithful. This I do by virtue of the priesthood which I bear as an ordained patriarch and in the name of The Lord Jesus Christ. Amen
