Sister *****, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the authority of the holy Melchizedek priesthood, which I hold as an ordained Patriarch. I lay my hands upon your head to give you your Patriarchal Blessing.

***** you are a very choice daughter of our Father in Heaven. I feel a great love that he and our Savior have for you. They are pleased with the way you are living your life. I bless you that you will continue to serve Them, to stay on the straight and narrow path, endure to the end, that when you leave this life our Savior will greet you with open arms and let you know you have accomplished the things he expected of you in this life.

In the life before this you were one of the Morning Stars who sang for joy when you were given the opportunity to come here on earth to be tried, tested, proven, have your agency and go on with progression throughout eternity. Because you were so choice you were reserved to be born at this time when the Gospel is here on earth in its fulness. You have been given goodly parents and given the opportunity to learn of our Savior in your youth. This will be a benefit to you throughout your life.

You have been given the Gift of the Holy Ghost. I bless you that the Holy Ghost will be a companion to you to watch over, protect and guide you as you go through life. I urge you to turn often in prayer to our Heavenly Father. Thank Him for the blessings He has given you. Then pour out from your heart those things you need in life. And I bless you, through your faithfulness, the Holy Ghost will answer your prayers and pour blessings upon you.

You are a descendant of Joseph and of his choice son Ephraim. You inherit the blessings promised to them and to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as their descendants. These were the chosen people of God. You too are one of the chosen.

I feel you will have a great influence on many souls as you go through life. I bless you with patience, courage and understanding that you can change lives for the better. There will be many in the Church who will seek your counsel and advice. I bless you that you will set the proper example for all that you meet.

I bless you with health and strength of mind, body and spirit that you can accomplish the righteous desires of your heart and not be hindered because of illness of affliction.

I seal you to come forth in the Morning of the First Resurrection with the most choice who have lived here on earth. I bless that you will inherit a Celestial Kingdom, that you will be able to return to the presence of our Father in Heaven.

*****, I feel there is a special young man who will be given the opportunity to take you to the temple and there across the altar you will be sealed together as husband and wife for eternity. I urge you to treat him as a the patriarch in your home. Support him in all of his righteous endeavors. Let him know of the love you have for him. And I bless you that love and support will be returned to you and yours will be a joyous and eternal marriage.

I feel there are spirits in heaven waiting to come into your home. I bless you as a mother that you will set the proper example for your children, provide a home of safety, love and honor, a place where your family can gather and be protected from the cares of the world. I bless you that your children will love, honor and respect you as their mother.

I feel there are spirits you knew in the life before this who have not received the gospel in their lives. I bless you that you will be able to share the Gospel with many of these sweet souls. For those who have left this life I bless you that you will be able to go to the temple and perform ordinances in their behalf that they are unable to do for themselves. Great will be your joy, as well as for them, that you will receive for this work.

I bless you that as destruction takes place around you that you will be found in holy places that you will have no need to fear.

I bless you with the strong testimony that as you bear testimony to others they will know the things you teach and tell them are true.

Satan will put temptations in your path. But I bless you that the Holy Ghost and the Gospel of Jesus Christ will be a shield and protection to you that he will not have power over you.

Our Father in Heaven has many blessings in store to pour upon you. These blessings will be given to you as they are earned and needed in your life. He has given you many talents. And I bless you that you will be able to use your talents to better your life and the lives of others. Be aware of those less fortunate than yourself. Share with them the things they need in life. Help heal them physically and spiritually that they can be comforted.

Now I seal these blessings upon you, through your faithfulness, int he name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
