Brother *****, I lay my hands upon your head and in the authority which I hold, I confer upon you your Patriarchal Blessing.

I say unto you, dear brother, that you are one of the choice children of our Heavenly Father who have come through a goodly parentage and heritage in a blessed age when the gospel is upon the earth and been privileged to partake of it. And in your youth, you will receive of many calls and many opportunities which will demonstrate unto you the importance of living in accordance with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

You are of the choice seed. You are one who shall be designated as of the tribe of Ephraim. And as a member of that tribe, you will have great responsibilities among which will be the responsibility of declaring the gospel and bring into the church those who have the opportunity, as it has been explained to them, to accept the same. You will be called into areas in which you will rejoice with them as you bring the gospel into their lives.

I say unto you, dear brother, to live in harmony with all those with whom you associate; those who hold positions over you in the church, in the ward, in the stake and in the family. Always respond to the calls that will come to you with love and understanding. Make it a part of your life to designate a certain amount of time, regularly, to study the principles of the gospel, that you may gain an understanding of them and be fluent in their explanation unto those with whom you come in contact.

I bless you, dear brother, with health and strength and bless you that you will have the inspiration and the power of the priesthood to administer in its calls and duties to the extent that those upon whom you give blessings of health and of strength, you will received the feelings of the Holy Ghost functioning in your behalf. This is a great privilege, dear brother, therefore, strive to magnify your callings in the priesthood.

Dear brother, as you mature in life and you begin to look for a mate, the lord has in mind for you one whom you will choose. You will establish a home and a family and rear children that will be of a great credit to you and those associated with you. Be proud of the heritage from which you have come and always be in a position to render service unto those that are less fortunate than you.

Now dear brother, since you are of Ephraim, you will carry the message of truth unto the inhabitance of the earth that are not yet receiving the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Now I seal upon you, in accordance with your prayers, the rights to the privileges of the House of the lord and to there do work for those who have gone before and have not received of these privileges. You will have this opportunity and labor therein and rejoice in the privileges that are yours.

I seal these blessings upon you by the power and authority which I hold, in accordance with your goodness and your righteousness, they will all be fulfilled to the very utmost, This I do in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
