***** by the authority of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and in the name of Jesus Christ, I, a patriarch in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, lay my hands upon your head to give you your Patriarchal Blessing, which you have come here to receive of your own free will and choice.

***** you are a child of Israel through the loins of Ephraim. In so being you are entitled to all the blessings that were bestowed upon the descendants of Abraham through his lineage. Be sure to study the scriptures diligently. Listen to the voices of the prophets that you may learn all you can about their works and their instructions to you. As you study and pray your heart and mind will be opened. You will know for sure the things your Father in Heaven wants you to do. You will also be given the help in accomplishing the great works that He has for you.

***** your Father in Heaven wants you to know what a special person you are and how much He loved you when you lived in his presence, as well as your Mother in Heaven and your Savior Jesus Christ as well as all the people that are important to you when you and they were in the Spirit world. While you were there you were taught many great and important things. You were taught the reason why the earth was organized. You chose of your own free will and choice to come to this earth and be a partaker of some of the hardships we have to endure here. Your Father in Heaven knew that you would be strong enough to overcome all temptations and do the things He had in mind for you to do. Great will be your joy as you realize what they are and accomplish this great work.

***** your Father in Heaven wants you to prepare yourself to be a teacher and a leader in Zion. He wants you to prepare yourself to work in the Women's Organizations of the Church and also in the Primary and the Sunday School. There you may be a teacher to the members of Christ's Church. He will bless you with His Spirit to guide and direct you. You will have a great influence on many members of Christ's Church here upon the earth. Many will stay closer to him because of you and the influence you have had on them.

***** your Father in Heaven has said, 'Every member a missionary.' Be sure you live so you are a good example of righteousness to all those you live around. If you are great will be your influence for good and you will be blessed for what you did. Many that you associate with, seeing you, will want to be like you and will want to have your same character traits and enjoy the blessings that you enjoy. Many will turn their hearts to the gospel and become members of Christ's Church and Kingdom because of your example.

***** your Father in Heaven wants you to get involved in family history work where you will have the privilege of locating many of your ancestors. You will be able to see that their names are sent to the temple and their work is done by you and by others. This will also be a great privilege to you and a great blessing to your ancestors.

***** your Father in Heaven has saved a young man in Israel to be your husband and for you to be his wife. He wants you to go the temple and be married and sealed together for time and all eternity. Remember that you can get closer to your Father in Heaven in the temple than in any other place. Always go there worthily and always be worthy to carry a temple recommend. If you do great will be the blessings for you, your ancestors and others.

***** your husband and you will be sent special spirits from the presence of our Father in Heaven for them to gain their bodies here upon the earth. You and your husband will have the privilege of teaching and guiding them. Be sure you do this in the ways your Father in Heaven wants you to do. If you teach them in their youth they will not stray far from the path they should go. They will help you fulfill the promise given to Abraham that through he and his seed all the nations of the earth would be blessed.

***** your Father in Heaven has blessed you with a keen mind and intellect. So be sure you learn all you can about the things of the world as well as the things of your Father in Heaven. As you live your life here upon the earth you will have the privilege of being a help to many people because of the things you know and the spirit you carry. Many will be helped spiritually, physically and mentally because of your input and the things you do.

***** your Father in Heaven wants you to know that if you live the gospel you will be a partaker of the blessings of the Celestial Kingdom. You will have the privilege of again living with Him, your Mother in Heaven, your Savior Jesus Christ, your earthly parents, your sibling, especially your husband and your descendants. Great will be your joy and their joy when you meet each other in the Celestial Kingdom. I bless you with these blessings in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
