Dear Sister *****: As a humble servant of the Lord I lay my hands upon your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing according to your desire, and pray that it may be a guide and inspiration to you while you sojourn here in mortality. The Lord is mindful of you and He knows you because of your faithfulness and your devotion to His work in the Spirit World, and He gave to you a wonderful mission when you were born into this earth.

Thou art of the House of Joseph, through the loins of Ephraim, a chosen daughter of Israel. Because of your sweetness and your devotion to the Lord, He sent you to earth that you might come to a good home and be taught the gospel of Jesus Christ and enjoy all the blessings the Church has in store for the Children of God. He gave you a great mission and that is motherhood, and you will receive some very choice spirits to your home.

In the due time of the Lord He will give you a life's companion, one holding the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood. He will take you to the Temple of the Lord. You will be sealed for time and all eternity. Along with that you will have great responsibility of teaching and training these little souls and become a coworker with your Heavenly Father in preparing these little bodies. He sends the spirits from the throne of God. You shall have a good provider and a lovely home, and the Lord will shower His blessings upon you and you will be made happy.

You will enjoy your work in the different organizations in the Church and will become a leader among your associates, and they will seek you for counsel and advice.

Pray always, and the Lord will answer your prayers. Keep yourself sweet and clean, upspotted from the sins of the world. Pay your tithes and your offerings, keep the Sabbath day holy, keep the Word of Wisdom, live the laws of nature and the Lord will shower his blessings upon you and in time of need He will remember you. In time of sickness and trouble, the Angel of death will pass your door by and you will be spared from much sorrow and trouble.

You shall be tempted and you shall be tried. The evil one will try to lead you astray. Pray always and the Lord will hear your prayers and when you are tempted, the Holy Ghost will guard and protect you and the evil one will have no power over you.

Honor your father and your mother that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord has given thee, and you shall have a rich life and an abundant life.

You shall be called to fill a mission for the Church and this will be a rich life for you. You will enjoy it and as you lead souls into the water of baptism, with one holding the Priesthood performing the ordinance, you shall rejoice and feel the nearness of God in laboring and bringing souls unto Christ. Your tongue shall be loosed and you shall be able to preach in plainness and power and you will see many souls converted to the Church.

You shall be called to the Temple to labor as an ordinance worker. Search for your kindred dead for there are many, many wonderful, honest souls who have already accepted the gospel and are waiting for some loved one to do the vicarious work for them.

The Lord has blessed you with talents. Seek for wisdom and knowledge that you might even find hidden knowledge that it might be useful to you in fulfilling your great mission that was given to you.

Let your companions be those who have a testimony of the Gospel and it will help you, and will guard and protect you. You will find out in going through your life that the time to begin to serve the Lord is in your youth, when you can begin to understand and realize the doctrines of Christ and what is necessary to become exalted in the Celestial Kingdom of God.

Make your calling and election sure by keeping the commandments of God and you will be called where God the Father and the Son are, and be with them throughout all eternity. This is eternal life and it is your according to your desires, and everything that your heart desires shall be given you upon your faithfulness and devotion to the Church.

I seal you up to come forth on the morning of the first resurrection, clothed in robes of glory to take your place at the head of your posterity, and a multitude will arise and call you blessed. These are your blessings and I seal them upon your head by virtue and authority of the Holy Priesthood I bear, and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
