Sister *****, by the authority of the holy Melchizedek Priesthood and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I lay my hands upon your head to give you a Patriarchal Blessing which you have requested.

You have been greatly blessed with parents who have taught you and have provided the means for you to learn of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Their example and deeds have caused you to come to this point in your life. You have come to seek instruction and guidance from your Heavenly Father and to learn of your lineage.

You are blessed to be of a mighty lineage, even from the patriarchs of old, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and you are from the house of Ephraim. Ephraim was given the birthright of Israel and it is his descendants who have borne the great weight of carrying the Lord's message throughout the world. The same responsibilities given by Jacob to his grandson are placed upon your shoulders, which are to proclaim the Gospel, gather Israel for the final time, and prepare the way for the return of the Savior.

You are blessed to have a sincere heart and a desire to know Heavenly Father and His son, Jesus Christ.

You have received many blessings in the past and many more await you in the future. I bless you that through your desire and diligence, a way will be provided for you to receive the education that will fulfill your dreams and your ambitions. You will be able to receive knowledge that will prepare you for a full life here and provide you with self confidence and you will be able to provide your earthly needs and relieve you of the fears that may cause you to make bad decisions.

I bless you that you will enjoy good health of body and mind to be able to complete the work you were sent here to do.

The Lord loves you and wants you to know how valued you are in this life. Never diminish the contribution you can make in the world. You are not only a beloved daughter, but also a servant in His Church and Kingdom, possessed with the powers of heaven to achieve any worthy goal. Be confident all the days of your life and let not anyone deter you from your appointed destiny.

You are admonished to be careful of your circle of friendships. Seek after those who uplift you and cause you to desire to improve your knowledge and appreciation of the good things in life. The establishment of a family centered upon gospel principles, where love and harmony abound. The joys of heaven will be present in such a setting.

You must pursue an in-depth study of the scriptures, learning principles which are taught by the Savior. As you gain an understanding of a principle, apply it in your life and then once mastered, go on to other achievements. By this process you will discover your knowledge will enlarge in spiritual things and your comprehension will include the Lord's plan of salvation.

The Lord desires that you avail yourself of the Holy Spirit in all decisions such as the selection of a companion. Determine to marry in the temple and become a partaker of Heavenly Father's eternal plan. Keys, signs and tokens leading to exaltation will be given you.

The Lord has a great affection for you as you have been endowed with unusual capacity and a sharp mind. It remains for you to bring together the talents and abilities preparing them, that you may be instrumental in furthering the work here upon the earth.

You have been sent here by a loving father to learn to be a queen in his kingdom. He gave His Son that you would have the opportunity through repentance to return to Him along with your companion, to be royalty in His Kingdom. Let your hands be clean, your thoughts pure and the comforting influence will be upon you. There is, in the world today, a great movement in which people seek freedom. You have been ushered into the Gospel plan. Over your lifetime they will need examples willed with loving kindness, and patient understanding. You have been blessed with these qualities and they should be exercised for the purpose of the Gospel plan.

If you will remain faithful, dedicating yourself to the cause of Christ, that beautiful dawn shall come on the morning of the first resurrection and the Lord will stretch forth His hand to greet you. He will enfold you within His arms and bless you on that beautiful day.
