Dear Sister ***** born XXXXX, what a great privilege and honor to lay my hands upon your head and with the Authority and by the Power of the Holy Priesthood of God bestow upon you in behalf of your Heavenly Father your very own sacred Patriarchal Blessing.

Sister *****, there are not words to describe the depth of Heavenly Father's love for you, His sweet daughter here on the earth. You must know and have His love seared across your whole soul as you sojourn this precarious earth. I bless you to know that His love for you is undaunted; it has no barriers and there is nothing that you could do that would ever remove you from your Heavenly Father's love. (Sin could estrange your relationship to Him, but He would still love you.) I bless you, *****, to know always of His special love for you.

For your blessing there is a parable, part of the interpretation of which will be given here this day; the rest will be filled in by you throughout your eternal existence. There was a great master who had this precious gem that he would keep under guard at all times, one that he would care for as he cut each facet of it. As it was buffeted and shined and each facet was designed, he would admire it. He enjoyed the time spent polishing its beauty and looked forward to any time that he could spend in designing this great gem. For worthy people that would come to visit the master, he would take out this gem and show it to the privileged few. He would portray and explain the meaning of beauty with the gem. The inner strength and the glow that would come through the gem would surprise and astound many. He would tell those who would come to visit that, 'What you have seen this day is but a small part of what this gem will become down through the ages.' So every so often he would take the gem out and add to its design. He was always pleased at the maleableness of it and how it could conform and be so easy to shape and fashion and design, and it became a source of great pride. He was always pleased with the strength and preciousness of the gem.

Sister *****, a partial translation of this parable is that you are this precious gem and the master is your Heavenly Father who is watching out for you at all times. I bless you to know that each facet of your life He is designing and helping you cut and work out. I bless you that all of your existence will be an ongoing, wonderful adventure as you remain faithful to your Heavenly Father to see this wonderful gem transform and increase in beauty and inner strength and wisdom. All the wonderful attributes that you ever think of and every good Gift you seek will be yours. All that Heavenly Father has will be yours as you remain faithful to Him. Now these blessings and the realization of these blessings are based upon your faithfulness to your Heavenly Father. Love your Heavenly Father.

I bless you, *****, to know that in your Pre-earth Life, you knew because of your intelligence and your intellect and the sweetness of your character that Lucifer had turned against Heavenly Father. You comprehended this at once and discerned that he had changed. By his countenance, you knew this. Before any words were spoken you turned to your friends and peers and told them and bore testimony that this bright star had changed course and had gone against Heavenly Father. Now, Satan took note of this. ***** I bless you to know that anything Satan has that would hurt you will be of no use to him as you are faithful to your God. I bless you with the Gift of acute discernment, that through any trial or tribulation or temptation that will surely come, you will know exactly where these trials come from, whether they are from Satan or whether they are trials that Heavenly Father has set up to help build this wonderful gem that has been spoken of. I bless you with this power of discernment that you will be able to discern evil in all of its forms no matter what the subtleties are: That you will know immediately in your heart. To you there will be no gray areas, -there will be either black or white, and it will be either true or false, or good or evil. You have brought with you this great Gift of Discernment and you will know these things.

Now *****, there are many special things in store for you, blessings that would not come to the common man who is not a member of this great Church and who does not know Heavenly Father. I bless you to know that your mission on this earth through all of your life is to look for the downtrodden. Seek them out. Seek those who have poor self images. Seek those who are sick, the poor and the neglected, the lonely and the sad, those among your peers who need help. Look for them on every corner. If you are in a crowd, look for those who are shrinking in the backgrounds. Where you are receiving such great blessings, look around each time and in this way you can magnify your position here on earth and also glean great blessings for those who are so downtrodden.

*****, the profession that you seek to pursue will conform to what has been said in this blessing as far as helping others and seeking them out. I bless you that through all of your life and on into the eternities you will help and console, you will strengthen, and I bless you that angels will accompany you to help you do these things. The key to all of your success in this life is your faith to Heavenly Father. That is the key. I bless you to have faith through any trial or tribulation or any temptation that comes along. You will know the truth of what you read, of what you discern and you will know the truth of all things.

Now, Sister *****, it is important for you to remember always who you are in relationship to your Heavenly Father. Your Heavenly Father and Mother have waited for many eras to send you to earth. They have planned where this would be the safest and most exciting time that you could come here. I bless you to know that you have been foreordained to come here. This is not your destination but it is a place where you can prove your love to your Heavenly Father. Be faithful, sweet Sister, in all that you do and seek the best in all things. I bless you with an increase of your faith and the promptings of the Holy Ghost, as you sacrifice your time and talents to your Heavenly Father. Serve Him first. Seek out His kingdom in all things and you will be strengthened spiritually.

I bless you, *****, to know that you are going to perform many miracles on behalf of your Heavenly Father. You are going to be called on a mission for your Heavenly Father and serve in a very special cause. I bless you that you will know the best time to go. I bless you that Heavenly Father will honor your wishes, and that you will be called to a people that will astound you - you will have already seen them before and met them. These are your compatriots from your Premortal Life that you saved there because of your intellect and your courage to bear your testimony. I bless you to know that Satan lies in ambush to catch you when you are away from your Heavenly Parents. Now, you have been blessed with a very righteous family and righteous parents. This is not a coincidence. This should be a sign to you that Heavenly Father is helping you and watching after your every step.

Now, *****, you are going to be tested and you are going to be tempted to break the laws of chastity as you grow older. I bless you, my sweet Sister, that the Heavens can only stand by; Heavenly Father, the whole Godhead, can only stand by for you to make the right decisions in these things. The world purports evil. To the world it seems to be the most popular thing to break the laws of chastity. *****, this must never take place. Once you make the righteous decision to keep chaste and pure, the floodgates of Heaven will open to protect you. You will be warned hours in advance of any temptation that would come. Sometimes these temptations would come from what you would think would be a most reliable source. I bless you that you will be forewarned by your Heavenly Father and even given plans to escape. I bless you that you will never be hurt by being pure, you will only be strengthened. These are some of the buffetings Heavenly Father is using to design this wonderful, wonderful gem. Now, keep this close to your heart. Do not be afraid in any situation for you will be lead by the Spirit.

Because you are so courageous you are going to be called into areas that to most would take much courage, but you will go forth with such courage and with such dominion. I bless you that you will have power in your teaching of others, and through your sweetness and your sweet heart, with this power of discernment that you have, you will be able to ascertain people's needs. You will be able to knows people's minds and what they need for solace and strength. You will be able to prescribe what they need to bring about their restoration to health and to mental health and to know that there is a Heavenly Father who loves them. Through you our Heavenly Father will speak to the sweet souls of this earth.

Now, *****, continue to bear your testimony to those about you. Always be courageous in this. As you are faithful in these things, I bless you to know that you are going to meet a young man who, after dating many, many wonderful souls, you will be able to know exactly what to look for in your eternal companion. You have met before in your Premortal Existence. Your meeting will be a miracle. I bless you that one of the keys to meeting is keeping yourself pure and chaste. Now, you cannot imagine your eternal companion. He will complement every one of your weaknesses and every one of your strengths, and yours his. I bless you that through your marriage, many of the great leaders of the generation that will usher in the return of Jesus Christ will be born.

You are being prepared each day of your life for motherhood. I bless you with the Gift of Motherhood. I bless you, *****, to look into your own family and analyze the preciousness of your father and your mother and your brother and those outside of your family, who do not live in your home. Seek out from your Heavenly Father the specialness of each soul, and this truth will come into your mind. I bless you that your sons and daughters are so smitten with your faithfulness. They know of your faithfulness. I bless you that you are being prepared each day for motherhood. Each righteous choice you make is another furthering strength for you to be a mother in Zion. I bless you that your sons and daughters will take your teachings into their hearts. I bless you that down through all eternity your name will be mentioned in reverent tones because of your faithfulness as a mother and because of your individual help for each child that will be placed under your stewardship. I bless you that by the Power of the Holy Ghost you will know the needs of each child. You will know their inner strengths and weaknesses and be able to work off these to help build each little character. They are lively, lively spirits and I bless you that you will know why Heavenly Father loves each one of them, and the depth of that love will come through you. You will be a shining light to them and their families. Through your writings and your personal journal after you have left this earth, many will be speaking of their mother ***** and how wonderful she was and what they have heard about you, their great grandmother ***** and their great-great grandmother *****. Through your posterity you will be blessed and much of your glory will be found in the righteousness of your faithful eternal family.

Now, *****, each season of your life will grow in dimension in the love that you feel for your husband that day you kneel at the temple. It will just continue to increase. That which you thought you could not love with more dimension, the very end of the next season, you will say I love this eternal companion more than I ever thought I could, and at the end of the very next season, the same thing. He will feel the same to you. You are his treasure here on the earth.

I bless you to always be faithful to your Heavenly Father. Look with hope to all of your future. Now, we are in perilous times which are preparing for the return of the Savior, Jesus Christ. *****, there are going to be many in the spacious building who are going to be jeering and making fun of your membership in the Church. Pay no attention to them. Hold on to that iron rod and be faithful through any mist of darkness. Just continue faithful. You will be able, with this Gift of Discernment, to discern and see over the trials that you will be called upon to pass through. You will be able to see the blessings at the end of these trials. I bless you to exercise great faith in all facets of your life. Have faith in yourself.

I bless you to know because of your faithfulness, as you sanctify your life that you will kneel at the Savior's feet. He will call you by name. You will feel the imprints of the nails in His feet and His hands. You will see His face. He will talk to you and speak with you. I bless you, *****, as a reward of your faithfulness, that you will take part in a great conference at Adam-ondi-ahman and there you will see faithful prophets and their wives who have many centuries ago been on this earth and been faithful.

Sister *****, you are a member of the Tribe of Ephraim in the House of Israel and will receive all the blessings ascribed to that great Tribe. Your father, Joseph, sends greetings. He is proud of your faithfulness. I bless you to study his life and emulate him in the many decisions that you will have to make for righteousness. I bless you to know that your husband and you are going to be called to many positions. You will be called upon to make many changes in your life of where you live and where you are situated. I promise you that as you make the righteous decisions to serve your Heavenly Father, your family will be edified beyond measure and beyond that which you will know. Never be afraid of these changes.

I bless you that you will see the start and take part in the building of the great New Jerusalem. I bless you that you will take part in the building of the temple there and you will see that edifice rise to be the most beautiful landmark of all creation on this earth. Now, *****, keep these things close to your heart and watch the wonders transpire. Because of your faithfulness, your little family is going to be a beacon to many generations. I bless you that wherever you are, your little home will be a beacon to many. That is where they can come to receive solace. These will be faithful outside and inside the Church. Keep looking for them. Help them and give them solace.

Your Mother in Heaven is proud of you. She loves you and anticipates the time when you can come back into Her presence.

I bless you that you shall pass by the guard who guards the way to eternal life, Jesus Christ. I bless you that in this life you will have as your constant companion the Second Comforter.

Bless you! in your faithfulness. This is the most exciting of Dispensations. This is the Dispensation where most everything that Heavenly Father has will come to fruition.
