*****, by the power of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and by virtue of my ordination as a Patriarch, I lay hands upon your head to pronounce your Patriarchal blessing. This is a blessing from your Heavenly Father who knows you and loves you, and He will be with you to guide and direct you on the paths of life, so that one day you can return to His presence and receive Eternal Life.
The Lord has always dealt with His covenant children through Prophets, and you are greatly blessed to live now in the fullness of times, when Prophets are on the earth and when the truth has been restored. Seek understanding of the Lord's ways, and you will inherit all of His blessings.
You will receive a fullness of all blessings through a lineage that ties you to Ephraim, the son of Joseph. Ephraim was given responsibilities to prepare the earth for the coming of the Savior, and you will fill your role by preaching and teaching the gospel and by keeping all of the Lord's commandments.
The First Law of Heaven is obedience. Keep his commandments. Ponder over them, and let them be the strength of your life.
Keep the Word of Wisdom. Don't take anything into your body that would prevent you from accomplishing all that He sent you here to do. Treat your body as the temple that it really is, and you will receive strength physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You will become all that He intends for you to be.
Keep the Sabbath Day holy, meet often with the saints. As you share testimonies and partake of the Sacrament, you will become strong and you will help others to know and understand their role in life.
Be clean and virtuous, and the Lord will bless you to become a mother in Zion. You will be a blessing to generations to come, and you will always be acceptable to your Heavenly Father.
Always pay your tithes and offerings. By doing this you will become Christ like, and you will develop the attribute of charity, the pure love of Christ. You will influence many for good and your life will be rich. You will have much happiness throughout your life.
You have been given many talents. Some of those you are developing, and others are waiting to come to the forefront of your life. You have all of the capabilities to accomplish your mission in life. Always accept challenges, knowing that they are times of growth. You will have the ability to overcome all challenges, and will be able to complete all of the assignments that you are given. Your life will be a beacon to those around you.
Prepare yourself to go to the House of the Lord, there to be sealed for time and eternity to a noble bearer of the Priesthood. It will be important for you to select your friends and associates wisely. You will have confidence when you make the decision of your eternal companion, because you will be acquainted with his relationships with his own family and how he honors his Priesthood. You will feel comfortable, and know that you will walk hand in hand in the Celestial Kingdom.
The Temple will be a refuge for you throughout your life, a place where you can ponder, meditate, and learn even the mysteries of the gospel. You will be endowed with power to come forth in the Morning of the First Resurrection and receive a fullness of the Lord's blessings.
You have great responsibilities to your extended family. Learn of your ancestors by doing family history work. As you do this, they will become more than names on a page. They will be real people with desires and passions, and as you do ordinance work for them, they will love you. Your reunion in the days of the Millennium will be wonderful and your rewards will be eternal.
Pray daily, morning and night and at other appropriate times. Share your feelings and your desires with the Lord. He will walk with you and talk with you, and He will lead you home. You will feel His comfort, and you will find pleasure in doing good works.
Always accept the calls given by your Priesthood leadership, and you will become a great teacher and a leader in the church, in your home, and in the communities where you reside. You will receive great benefits from your service.
Seek education, and continue beyond your high school years. Learn of things of the spirit and things of the world, and you will have success. You will develop into the fine woman that the Lord intends for you to be, and you will be successful in your home. Your children will love you and will follow your example. You will never know want, and you will be able to have the things that are necessary for your comfort and to fulfill your righteous desires.
Your life will not be without challenges, but know that overcoming the challenges will bring growth. Your life will be happy, and you will feel peace. You will be protected from the elements and from Satan's temptings.
Go forward with confidence so that you can achieve all that the Lord intends for you to do. You will hear Him say, 'well done thou good and faithful servant, enter into my rest.' Peace be unto you. Your heart will be full as you share your testimony of the gospel with family and friends.
I bless you in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
