Brother *****, I humbly lay my hands upon your head by virtue of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and in the name of Jesus Christ, to give you a Patriarchal Blessing, which you have desired in your heart that you might be able to know how to be in the right place at the right time in order to take care of the responsibilities and the work of the Lord that shall be given to you from time to time.

It is not by chance that you have been kept until these last days for you have been given a work to perform here upon this earth, before this world was. You have been preordained to the very office and calling you now hold and to all other responsibilities and offices and callings in the priesthood that you shall be called to.

You have had the privilege of being sealed to a choice mate in the New and Everlasting Covenant. You have been, and now are, admonished to keep the covenants you have made and to honor the priesthood you hold. See to it that the tithes and offerings are paid in full continuously that you may not want for the greater blessings. Brother *****, you are to serve the Lord and to help prepare for His coming and to help make His paths straight, therefore, you are to gain a strong testimony. You shall be called to bear it to all the world. It will be necessary that you sow seeds which shall bear fruit in the New and Everlasting Covenant.

You are to acquaint yourself with the salvation principles that you might be able to go forth and be a savior on Mount Zion for your kindred dead and to serve the Lord in His holy temples. You shall be called, in due time of the Lord, to a special calling and office of great responsibility, and if you magnify your calling and serve the Lord diligently, you shall be blessed and magnified and shall be given all things which are expedient for you to have. It is necessary that you acquaint yourself with the Doctrine and Covenants, for many will come to you for advice and counsel on these matters. Do not be concerned, Brother *****, concerning your age for these things have been given to you before this world was.

You are an heir to the Celestial Kingdom and, through your faithfulness and your diligence in keeping the commandments, I bless you with eternal progress. I bless your body that it will have the strength to endure the things you will be called to endure, for you shall be called forth now to the front lines of the armies of God, therefore, It is necessary that you put on the whole armor of Christ. You shall have the finger of scorn pointed at you, therefore, Brother *****, keep your hand on the iron rod and your feet on the straight and narrow path. It is necessary that you humble yourself; that you do not raise yourself above your fellowman; that you offer the Lord a broken heart and a contrite spirit; that you pray daily and supplicate yourself before your Father in Heaven and He shall bless you mightily, greater than you have ever been blessed in your life. Whatsoever things you ask for, which is right, you shall receive, but be careful about what you ask. I bless you with wisdom and knowledge of the things pertaining to the Lord that your mind will be opened up and you may understand its principles, that you might accept them. Your voice shall be heard in defense of these things and of the principles of righteousness, even at the peril of your life.

You shall be a missionary all the days of your life, therefore, prepare yourself and study the scriptures appertaining to the salvation of the souls of men, both the living and those who have passed on. You shall be given many gifts of the spirit, especially the gift of interpretations and the gift of discernment; that you may know right from wrong, that you may be able to choose the things which are right. Brother *****, if you trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understandings, He shall direct your ways in a marvelous way beyond your comprehension. The windows of heaven shall open up and pour you out a blessing beyond your comprehension to understand, and you shall yet understand the ways of the Lord in a simpler and with a greater depth perception. Now, it is for you to forgive all men; to comfort those who are in need of comfort; to feed those who are hungry and to clothe those who are in need of clothing and if you do these things you shall be blessed accordingly, for whatsoever things you do unto others shall be done unto you. Your mouth shall be opened up by the power of the Holy Priesthood and by the power of the Holy Ghost to such an extent that you shall be able to preach the word of God to those who are waiting in such a manner that they shall understand and they shall receive their blessings through your works. Now, go forth, Brother *****, and remember that the Lord is with you, that He knows you and He has been aware of your good works.

Brother *****, you have been privileged to come to this earth through the loins of the priesthood, for you are of the House of Ephraim. All the rights and powers and blessings pronounced upon this Patriarch are yours by right of birth. As you study this sacred lineage, your heart will rejoice and you will realize the great blessings that our Heavenly Father has and shall pour upon you, through your faithfulness.

I seal you to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection, crowned in honor and glory, immortality and eternal life. I bless your mind that it will be opened up that you might understand and comprehend the things of the Lord, that you will have a remembrance. I seal this through your faithfulness and your faithful efforts to do good, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Sister *****, I humbly lay my hands upon your head by virtue and power of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and as a Patriarch, to give you a Patriarchal Blessing because of your desires to know the things which your Heavenly Father would have you do here upon the earth that you might be comforted and that you might learn to stand in holy places.

Your Father in Heaven is pleased with your righteous desires and you have been blessed insomuch that You have been privileged to come upon this earth through the loins of the priesthood and to receive the blessings of Ephraim, for thou art of the House of Ephraim and a rightful heir to all the blessings pronounced upon this Patriarch as a daughter in Zion. You will have happiness and joy knowing of this lineage.

The windows of heaven will open and pour you out a blessing in your life that you shall feel the strength of the Lord in a remarkable degree and know that He is personally interested in you and that He loves you, for you shall feel the blessings of the Lord in your life at this time more than ever before. You have been kept until this last day for a wise purpose which is known unto the Lord and He shall bless you accordingly. You have been privileged to be sealed to one who holds the priesthood under the New and Everlasting Covenant, therefore, honor the priesthood he holds; sustain him; watch over him. It is necessary that you keep your home neat and clean, both physically and spiritually, for unbeknown to you the angels of heaven shall visit your home. Through your faith and prayers, the desires of your heart regarding your family shall be fulfilled, for whatsoever things you ask for in faith, you shall be given. You shall see many miracles which shall be brought forth in your home by the priesthood held by your husband. You are to ask for blessings from him as frequently as necessary that he might grow in the priesthood and become strong. I bless your body that is will have the physical strength to endure the things which you shall be called to endure.

You are to be a savior on Mount Zion for your kindred dead. You shall be blessed greatly in your search and shall be able to understand the necessary principles to bring about this great work. Many of your kindred dead are yet waiting with names, that the gap may be bridged for their salvation.

You shall be blessed with many spiritual experiences and manifestations which will be for the good of the family and if you counsel with your husband as a counselor, being one with him, you shall be blessed and you shall be magnified. It is necessary that you see that no unclean thing comes into your home, that only love and understanding abide there, that if it were so, the Savior himself would feel comfortable there.

You are an heir to the Celestial Kingdom. Your mission is to help prepare for the coming of the Lord and to help make His paths straight. It is necessary, therefore, that you study the scriptures under the influence of prayer, that you might be able to teach the principles of righteousness by the spirit, for many will come to you who are perplexed and discomforted and you shall have the ability and wisdom to give them comfort. You shall be blessed insomuch that you shall be called to a special calling of great consequence and if you take care of this well, you shall be blessed and magnified.

You shall see many prophecies transpire and many things shall be manifest to you. The elements shall rage around you and yet you shall have peace. It will be necessary, therefore, that you pray daily, that you offer the Lord a broken heart and contrite spirit; that you keep faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ. Satan desires you that he might take you and, therefore, be careful about those whom you associate with and be careful about those things you speak about that you may not fall into his trap.

You have been blessed with great love, therefore, It is necessary that you show forth this love to all people; that you give of yourself to others. It is necessary also that you study books of the highest order, that you gain wisdom and knowledge that you may impart these things to all people.

You are to prepare yourself more fully in the culinary arts and in home economics that you might be able to assist those who will come to you for counsel. Indeed, you shall be a woman among women and many shall look up to you and love you. You shall be given hidden knowledge and treasures beyond your understandings. Now, go forth and live your life in humility. Do all the good you can. Keep the commandments which have been given to you. Listen to the Prophets and obey.
