Dear brother *****, as a servant of the Lord I lay my hands upon your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing according to your desire. Dear brother, you have been richly blessed of the Lord. You were faithful and valiant in the Spirit World. Your spirit was active and you were known by your Father in Heaven, and He kept you back that you might come to earth in the day when the Gospel was restored in its fullness and come to a good home that you might not partake of the sins of the world. Thou art of the Royal House of Israel through the loins of Ephraim, a chosen and choice son in Israel. At your birth the Lord gave you a great mission to perform in life. If you will be faithful and true to the covenants you have made in the waters of baptism and when you received the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood, you will be richly blessed. You shall have the spirit of discernment and the Lord will be mindful of you. He will help you through the whisperings of the Holy Ghost so that You will be able to fulfill the great mission that was given unto you. Keep yourself sweet and clean, unspotted from the sins of the world.

Keep the Word of Wisdom, pay your tithes and your offerings, and the Lord will magnify you before the people. You will be a great leader in the wards and stakes of Zion where you will reside. You will receive great knowledge, even hidden treasures will be revealed unto you and your testimony will grow and increase. You will be called to many responsible positions in the Church.

The Lord has given you a life's companion worthy to be the mother of your children. The day will come when you will take her to the House of the Lord and be sealed for time and all eternity. You shall have a good home and you will be a good provider. You will find joy and happiness in your children. As you labor in the organization of the Church, many will come to you for counsel and advice. It shall be your privilege to preach the Gospel to many people. You will be able to instill into their hearts a knowledge of the truth and a testimony of the Restored Gospel. You shall see many things take place in these the latter days. Much trouble and sorrow await the world. If you will be true, you shall be spared and the Angels of Death who are sent to earth now to destroy wickedness shall spare you from much sorrow and sickness and disease. You shall have the spirit of discernment. If you will seek for the companionship of the Holy Ghost you shall be spared from much trouble and sorrow. Dear brother, the Lord has been merciful unto you. You have been chosen in these last days to come to Zion to the stakes of Zion where you can advance in the Church and help bring souls unto Christ and build up Zion. What a glorious privilege that has come to you to come to Zion in these the latter days to the shadows of the Temple where you can rear your family. You will find joy and happiness in your posterity.

Dear brother you shall see many wonderful and glorious things transpire as you visit the sick. You shall have the power of healing and you shall see the power of God manifested in blessing the people over whom you shall preside. The day will come when you will be chosen and called to stand before the judgment bar of God and if faithful to the end you will be welcomed home and you will hear, 'Thou good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of the Lord.' This is eternal life, to be with them throughout all eternity. Dear brother, seek for these things for these are your blessings. The Lord will bless you and You will be able to fulfill the great mission you have been called to in honor and in glory to your Heavenly Father. If you will be kind to those less fortunate you shall not want for the good things of life and your basket shall be filled. I seal you up to come forth on the morning of the first resurrection, the resurrection of the just, to take your place at the head of your posterity and they shall arise and call you blessed, for you have work to do for many of your kindred in the House of the Lord. When you go and do the Temple work for them you become a saviour upon Mt. Zion for your kindred dead. These blessings I seal upon you by virtue and authority of the Holy Priesthood and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

Dear sister *****, as a servant of the Lord I place my hands upon your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing that you might find joy and happiness and consolation in the things that will be pronounced upon your head. You were chosen as a choice spirit in the Spirit World to come forth in the day when the Gospel was restored that you might enjoy all the blessings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and be taught in your youth the Gospel and receive and understand it, and receive a testimony of the divine mission of the Prophet Joseph Smith. You are of the loins of Ephraim a chosen daughter of Israel. The Lord is mindful of you and He loves you dearly. You were known to him in the Spirit World for your sweet life and for the things you accomplished there. Now you have come to earth and God gave you a great mission to perform at your birth. Your greatest mission in life will be that of motherhood. Some very choice spirits are awaiting in the Spirit World to come to your home where they can be taught the Gospel and be reared in a home where the Spirit of God can dwell. Remember, in preparing these little bodies or tabernacles for the spirits that your Heavenly Father will send to you to occupy you become a co-partner with your Heavenly Father in this great mission. Those children who shall come to your home will bring you much joy and happiness and they will be choice spirits for the Lord knows that you will be a good mother and that you have a good husband. The Lord led you and your husband together for a wise purpose. In bringing children to earth you fulfill the great commandment the Lord gave to multiply and replenish the earth. The Lord's work is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man- so the Lord sends His chosen spirits to these Latter-Day Saint homes.

You will also be called to labor in the organizations of the Church. You have talents. Seek to understand and know them by prayer and you will be able to accomplish much good in helping others to understand this glorious Gospel. You have been richly blessed inasmuch as the way was opened so that you could come to Zion, the land choice above all other lands where Jesus will come and meet His chosen people and abide with them. You shall be among them that shall be taught from the Fountain Head. Dear sister, magnify your calling in the Church. Seek good companions, keep the Word of Wisdom, live the laws of nature, be kind to the poor, pay your tithes and your offerings and you shall be richly blessed. You shall have a good home, a home where the Angels of God can come because of your sweet personality as a loving mother and loving wife. I bless you, dear sister, that you may understand the purpose of life and that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is to bring people into the Celestial Kingdom where God is — where Christ is. It shall be your privilege to be with Them throughout all eternity. You shall feel the nearness of Heavenly Beings and you will have a great desire to always live the Gospel. You shall see many things transpire. Sadness awaits the world and the Lord has promised that those who come to Zion shall be protected from the storm and from wrath when it shall be poured out without mixture upon the world.

Dear sister, be grateful for the Gospel. Thank the Lord for His many kindnesses and mercy unto you and the Lord will bless you abundantly. You will have a work to do in the Temple. Go to the Temple often. That is the Lord's House. The Lord says, 'I will meet my people there.' What a glorious privilege it will be when He comes to his Temple and His Chosen sons and daughters will be there. I bless you with the spirit of discernment. and with a long and useful life that when your days are ended you will be changed in the twinkling of an eye and you will be among those who shall be caught up to meet Him in the clouds. What a glorious promise. What a glorious blessing. I seal upon you the blessings of health and strength and everything that will be for your good and benefit that you might be able to fulfill your mission and be among those who will assist in bringing souls unto Christ and build up Zion. I seal you up to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection clothed in robes of glory and you will take your place by the side of your husband with your posterity assembled and they shall honor and bless you for your unselfish work that you have done for them. I bless you now with all your former gifts and blessings and that your calling and election will be sure, sealing these blessings upon your head by virtue and authority of the Holy Priesthood and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
