Dear brother *****, as a servant of the Lord I lay my hands upon your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing according to your desire. Dear brother, you have been richly blessed of the Lord. You were faithful and valiant in the Spirit World. Your spirit was active and you were known by your Father in Heaven, and He kept you back that you might come to earth in the day when the Gospel was restored in its fullness and come to a good home that you might not partake of the sins of the world. Thou art of the Royal House of Israel through the loins of Ephraim, a chosen and choice son in Israel. At your birth the Lord gave you a great mission to perform in life. If you will be faithful and true to the covenants you have made in the waters of baptism and when you received the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood, you will be richly blessed. You shall have the spirit of discernment and the Lord will be mindful of you. He will help you through the whisperings of the Holy Ghost so that you will be able to fulfill the great mission that was given unto you. Keep yourself sweet and clean, unspotted from the sins of the world. Keep the Word of Wisdom, pay your tithes and your offerings and the Lord will magnify you before the people. You will be a great leader in the wards and stakes of Zion where you will reside. You will receive great knowledge, even hidden treasures will be revealed unto you and your testimony will grow and increase. You will be called to many responsible positions in the Church.

The Lord has given you a life's companion worthy to be the mother of your children. The day will come when you will take her to the House of the Lord and be sealed for time and all eternity. You shall have a good home and you will be a good provider. You will find joy and happiness in your children. As you labor in the organization of the Church, many will come to you for counsel and advice. It shall be your privilege to preach the Gospel to many people. You will be able to instill into their hearts a knowledge of the truth and testimony of the Restored Gospel. You shall see many things take place in these the latter days. Much trouble and sorrow await the world. If you will be true, you shall be spared and the Angels of Death who are sent to earth now to destroy wickedness shall spare you from much sorrow and sickness and disease. You shall have the spirit of discernment. If you will seek for the companionship of the Holy Ghost you shall be spared from much trouble and sorrow. Dear brother, the Lord has been merciful unto you. You have been chosen in these last days to come to Zion to the stakes of Zion where you can advance in the Church and help bring souls unto Christ and build up Zion. What a glorious privilege that has come to you to come to Zion in these the latter days to the shadows of the Temple where you can rear your family. You will find joy and happiness in your posterity.

Dear brother you shall see many wonderful and glorious things transpire as you visit the sick. You shall have the power of healing and you shall see the power of God manifested in blessing the people over whom you shall preside. Dear brother, remember the day will come when you will be chosen and called to stand before the judgment bar of God and if faithful to the end you will be welcomed home and you will hear, 'Thou good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of the Lord.' This is eternal life, to be with them throughout all eternity. Dear brother seek for these things for these are your blessings. The Lord will bless you and you will be able to fulfill the great mission you have been called to in honor and in glory to your Heavenly Father. If you will be kind to those less fortunate you shall not want for the good things of life and your basket shall be filled. I seal you up to come forth on the morning of the first resurrection, the resurrection of the just, to take your place at the head of your posterity and they shall arise and call you blessed for you have work to do for many of your kindred in the House of the Lord. When you go and do the Temple work for them you become a saviour upon Mt. Zion for your kindred dead. These blessings I seal upon you by virtue and authority of the Holy Priesthood and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
