*****, by the authority of the Melchizedek Priesthood which I hold and the right of a Patriarch, I lay my hands upon your head and pronounce upon you this Patriarchal Blessing, a blessing that is yours every whit as you live worthy of it; a blessing too that reaches out into the eternities; a blessing that is binding not only upon you but upon your worthiness and your willingness to serve in the Kingdom.

During your premortal life you prepared yourself well. You accepted in full measure the instructions given by the great and noble ones. You rejoiced in truth and in the possibilities that lie ahead. You developed in abilities and talents, many yet to come forth, many that will astound you, that will increase your abilities and powers as a servant of God.

You descend through noble lines. Your ancestors were faithful and upright and God fearing people. Yes, many of your kindred dead look to you for help, that you might perform those necessary ordinances and services that will allow them to move onward to their glory. So think carefully upon this. You too belong to the great nation of Israel. You descend through the lineage of Ephraim. Every gift and blessing, power and authority that belongs to Ephraim will be made available to you. You too shall have inspiration and wisdom and understanding. You shall have the gift of leadership and receive an endowment of learning with all the sealing ordinances of the Gospel sealed upon you. You shall move forward and enjoy the blessings of the Patriarchal Order.

You belong to that company of Saints foreordained in the beginning to come to the earth during this particular dispensation of time to assist in a great and marvelous work; a work that will bring wonders and blessings, visions and joy. In this you shall labor with some of the chosen vessels of the Lord who will help and assist you in every way as you assist in the final gathering of the House of Israel, helping to prepare for the great and coming day of the Lord. You shall assist them to increase in their faith and trust in the Lord, to believe in God their Eternal Father and in His Son Jesus Christ. Many will rejoice in your teachings. Although you shall have tests and trials in life, your body shall be filled with vigor and a freshness, with the ability to perform every labor.

Through study and preparation you shall increase in understanding and shall have greater vision and an increase in self discipline with a willingness and a desire to serve. Though there will be temptations you shall have the strength to overcome all of the weaknesses of the flesh and to also avoid high living with an understanding of the need of thrift and self mastery.

As you search the Scriptures you will come to learn your duty and the importance to act in all diligence in every calling. The mantle of leadership will then rest firmly upon you. You shall hold keys and powers and the right to direct. You shall influence many in the way of truth. Remember that spiritual things are the important things and that Spiritual Gifts are precious. So seek for them and their guidance. As you go forth in humble prayer you will come to understand moreso of the revelations. You will have the desire to follow the counsel of those in authority over you. The blessings that come from Heaven shall rest upon you and you will be guided and directed and know what to do.

You are now blessed with the power to overcome the evils and darkness and destruction that will attempt to hinder your desires to serve the Lord, blessed with strength and the gift of helping others. Also to overcome the ways of the world. You are now blessed and sealed up to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection and through obedience shall attain to exaltation and eternal life to have a continuation of the seeds with an honorable posterity with every blessing that you should enjoy in this life, to include the good things of the earth to enjoy peace and plenty. Although there will be sacrifices you must make, blessings too shall rest upon you.

Go now, not with fear, but of power with a sound mind all promised and sealed in go in the spirit of love and in the spirit and in the spirit of achievement and of joy, the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
