Father in Heaven, I feel pleased in laying my hands upon the head of this thy young servant, Brother ***** who has come here to receive a blessing from Thee. Father, thou knowest of the purity of this young man's life. Thou knowest that he has been born under the New and Everlasting Covenant of a good father and a virtuous mother, and you are starting out in life a very very fortunate. Having a perfect body and a sound mind and in his veins the blood of the House of Israel for you, Brother *****, are a true descendant of Joseph through his son Ephraim. You are indeed very fortunate and you should thank God every day of your life that you have been so blessed with the privilege to receive this body of flesh and bones through such a noble parentage.

Now Father, inasmuch as this thy young servant is starting out pure virtuous and clean in both body and mind, wilt Thou go before him by the influence and power of Thy Holy Spirit. Lead him by inspiration that he may never want for the spirit of inspiration so long as he shall keep his mind and body pure and holy as it is at the present time.

Inasmuch as he has been privileged to receive a portion of Thy Holy Priesthood help him to magnify the same. Help him in his callings in Thy church and kingdom here upon the earth. Raise up for him a helpmate, one of his own lineage. Bless him that he may become fruitful, multiply and replenish the earth. Bless him with much wisdom, with long life, with health, strength and many many friends. Father if Thou seest fit through Thy servants that this boy shall go forth into the world as Thy ambassador of God wilt Thou stand by him, give him encouragement that he may never faint and weary of well doing. Bless him that he may be able to acquire much knowledge.

Inasmuch as he has a desire to understand the fine art of music bless him to this end that his heart may be made glad and that he may feel satisfied and that he may realize and understand that Thy watchcare is over him continually for good. Keep strictly the word of wisdom. Pray both in private and in public, if you are requested to and always perform every duty and responsibility that is required of you from the priesthood of God. If you will do this and keep your mind clean, God will bless you abundantly.

Now, I seal you up by the authority vested in me as a Patriarch against the power of the Adversary and ask that you may not be tempted over and above that which you are able to bear. I pronounce these blessings upon you Brother ***** with every other righteous desire of your heart in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen
