Dear Brother *****:

Having authority I lay my hands upon your head and in the name of our Savior I give unto you a patriarchal blessing, and I say unto you, let not discouragement nor worry overcome you, for the Lord has accepted of your offerings and your life is now pleasing unto Him. You are founded on the rock of truth. You have been tossed to and fro in the world in an unsettled condition. The Lord has given you comfort in accepting of His divine message, and you are enrolled with the House of Joseph, through the tribe of Ephraim, and inasmuch as you continue true to your covenants you shall be preserved in the midst of trouble and affliction, and the Lord will guide you by dreams and manifestations in your course in life, and you will realize from that source and receive information that will be great value unto you in working to redeem your father's house, your progenitors, and there shall come to you privileges that will be of vital importance in working as a Savior upon Mount Zion.

Let not the deceitfulness of the learned men of this world affect your faith, for the Lord is ready to answer all questions and mysteries that may trouble you, and will give you divine assurance so that your soul will be at peace regarding questions of a religious nature.

Blessed shall you be with revelation. Blessed shall you be in reading the scriptures and have a keen conception to understand the word of the Lord, and you will become a wise counselor and you will be able to do much good among your associates and retain the love and confidence of your family and be provided for, have good health and receive employment so that you will not be found among the destitute. You shall be blessed in helping the poor, and the hungry shall not be turned from your door for the Lord will open your way to succeed and will bless you because of your liberality and kindness unto your fellow creatures.

This is thy mission to do good unto all men. I seal these blessings upon you, according to your faithfulness that you may come forth in the resurrection of the Just, crowned with glory and immortality and eternal life.
