Sister *****, by authority of the Melchizedek Priesthood and in the name of Jesus Christ, I bestow upon you a patriarchal blessing. Sister *****, the Lord is well pleased with you for the righteous desires of your heart to receive His blessing, which will be a source of encouragement and strength to you and a guide for life that you might hold fast to as you journey through life. You are promised that each blessing and promise will be fulfilled according to your faithfulness and the will of our Father in Heaven.

Sister *****, you are on the earth at the appointed time and God has prepared you through a life well-lived for the blessings He has for you. You shall be blessed with the Holy Spirit, *****, to guide your life, give you inspiration and revelation and help you in the important decisions you make. You will be an instrument in God's hands to do His will and to bring forth much righteousness on the earth. As your life progresses, you will marvel at the great amount of good you will be able to do, the many lives you will touch and the light you will spread through those you come to know, love and minister to. You should feel the influence and power of God resting upon you, buoying you up in your hours of need. Messengers from Heaven will go before you preparing the way and opening up opportunities for you to accomplish all you desire to do in righteousness.

Your life on this earth will be long and it will be rich and rewarding. God's protecting hand will be upon you to keep you from harm and evil. You have been blessed with many spiritual gifts you will be able to use in furthering the work of the Lord and blessing those around you. Your faith in Jesus Christ and His atoning sacrifice is a choice and wonderful blessing that will help you repent, put off worldly influences and see after righteousness continually. You are a kind, charitable individual. You will be given many opportunities to serve your fellow beings and to lift and strengthen them in their times of need. You will be given the gift of discernment of spirits so that you will be able to discern the righteous intents of the heart and be sensitive to the needs of those around you, particularly those spirits God will bless you with as you become a mother in Zion.

You are of the tribe of Ephraim, a son of Joseph and a tribe designated by the Lord to gather Israel and spread the gospel throughout the earth. All of the blessings promised to Father Abraham and his sons will be yours, *****, including the continual blessings that come through living the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the blessings of the priesthood, the temple and, eventually, eternal life. Through your individual efforts to learn the gospel and strengthen your testimony, God will bless you with wisdom and the ability to communicate the truths of the gospel to others. As long as you have the faith, God will place within you words of inspiration and revelation that will penetrate the hearts of those you teach and testify to. You will have the privilege of receiving all the ordinances and covenants you will need in your journey of life in the holy temple and will also receive answers to your prayers and peace that can only come therein. You will be a leader in Zion and a teacher of truth and righteousness. Your individual challenge, *****, will be to live close to the Spirit and be worthy of the promptings of the Holy Ghost, which will speak to you in a very quiet and peaceful manner to testify of truth and give you guidance and warnings as your life progresses.

Now, God has an important work for you to do and He will bless you with a choice companion, who will be to you a friend and protector. Together, you will find great joy in bringing forth a choice and blessed posterity. God will make you equal to this important responsibility to teach them the truth, raise them in the spirit of love and kindness and help them find their way in this challenging world. As a mother in Zion, you will be blessed with the ability to bring forth healthy children, raise them through inspiration and meet their individual needs through the sensitive spirit God has blessed you with. Your family will be a source of great joy as your life progresses and as you see them draw close to the Lord and follow in His ways.

Through your life's experiences, you will find many rich and rewarding opportunities, to not only serve in the kingdom of God and help prepare the earth for the Second Coming of the Savior, but you will also be a missionary to those who have lost their way, strayed from the gospel or never received it. God will continue to illuminate your life and bless you with wisdom, knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly with others and to be a teacher and leader among your fellow beings. You will be blessed with the good things of the earth when you give back to the Lord. You will find great joy in service. If you continue to have a willing heart and accept the responsibilities you will be asked to do, to follow the priesthood and serve in God's kingdom, He will be there to sustain and bless you.

Now, we are living in challenging times and there will be great need in your life, *****, to hold fast to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, be where the Lord would have you be and ever strive to serve the Father. If you remain a faithful and virtuous daughter of God, both honor and glory will be poured out upon your head. You shall come forth in the morning of the First Resurrection, prepared and ready to receive the reward God has for you and your posterity in the Celestial Kingdom of God. You will come to understand, as your life progresses, the depth of God's love for you and the sacrifice His Son made in your behalf. You will be blessed to stand before the Lord and express your love and gratitude to Him. These blessings are yours and are sealed upon you through your faithfulness and earnest desires to serve God and pour out great blessings on others through righteous service. This blessing is given in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ, amen.
