***** in the name of Jesus Christ and by the authority of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and in the spirit of the Holy Ghost I place my hands upon your head to bless you with a patriarchal blessing. A blessing which you have desired to receive from your Father in Heaven at this time of your life to be a guide and help to you as you continue in your life's journey here upon this earth. ***** you are truly a loved daughter of your Father in Heaven and he is grateful you are here this day.

You come from one of his beloved families even from the tribe of Ephraim of the House of Israel. This is important because we are told in the last days that it would be through this special family that the gospel would go throughout the world to gather them into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where they can receive all the blessings that he would desire that they would have to return to his presence.

You have already received many of the blessings that a person can receive here at this time of your life. You are blessed to come here and receive a physical body created in the image of your Father in Heaven. You are blessed to be part of the great movement of your family in accepting the gospel and being baptized into the church and looking forward to receiving the blessings of the temple. The things you learn in the temple will be a guide and help to you in so many things that you can only receive while in the temple. I bless you as you have the opportunity to be sealed to your parents and looking forward to the wonderful opportunity of being sealed to a good man who holds the priesthood and you and he can have the blessing of being married for time and all eternity and having the things your Father in Heaven most wants you to have. He loves you and will be by your side and He and His Son Jesus Christ will be your constant companions along with the Holy Ghost who will be there. If there be times when you have any challenges or problems he will be as he is referred to as the second comforter, Jesus being the first comforter. They are here to help the children of our Father in Heaven to gain knowledge and understanding and to prove themselves worthy to return to his presence.

When you received your physical body, the scriptures say that your body is a temple of God and no unclean thing should enter into it or upon it. I bless you to keep a clean and healthy body and you will be blessed with many years of good health and strength. You will have a good life and be truly grateful to your Father in Heaven for this blessing.

I bless you as you continue to learn more of the things that are part of the church activities that you will have many opportunities to be of service. Because of your love of the gospel you will be one of those who will reach out and touch the lives of those people who you will be able to serve in various callings. I bless you to always be willing to accept callings and be one of the faithful women of the church who are so important to the many activities within the church programs. I bless you that you will have experiences with working with very young people in primaries and the young women. You also will be one of those who will be very dedicated to the work of the Relief Society. One of the greatest things that is needed now in the world is the love and compassion for those who are in need. The church is reaching out throughout the world in trying to help people who are in distress and problems and it is through the Relief Society program particularly that much can be done to help relieve the suffering of people. Your Father in Heaven wants you to always express your love and your talents in regards to this when there are opportunities that come your way. You will also be blessed to be a visiting teacher in homes where there are sisters that need the sisters of the ward to help them and to make them smile and to enjoy the things that they can enjoy. Because of your very special personality you have this ability to let people know that they are very important to you and this will lift the lives of people in need.

I bless you as you continue to grow in the gospel you will know one of the great responsibilities and opportunities you will have is to help to redeem the dead for people who have not had the gospel in their lives and have passed on. The church is developing new ways to identify these ancestors. I bless you that you will have the desire to learn how to search out your ancestors and have their names taken to the temple where they can be baptized and receive their endowments and sealings. I bless you that this will be one of the things that will be most important and that you will love going to the temple and enjoy the activities that you can.

I bless you as you enter into the covenants of being married to a special young man that you and he will create a beautiful family and home where spirit children are waiting to come into a home where the gospel is being lived. Express your love always to each other and to your children and to your Father in Heaven for this great blessing that he has blessed you with. You are a very special daughter of our Father in Heaven, he will guide you and direct you and if you ever have any problems of either sickness or concerns that you remember to call upon the priesthood and through your faith and the power of the priesthood many blessings can give you the necessary recovery from problems that may be facing you.

You Father in Heaven and your Savior truly do love you. I bless you to always remember to have your individual prayers and your family prayers every day. Attend to your sacrament meetings and partake of the sacrament and renew your covenants and give thanks to your Father in Heaven and always remember the Savior and his atoning sacrifice that will make it possible for you when your life's work is finished to be resurrected with a glorified body. You will be a faithful daughter and return to his presence and be a part of his eternal family. All these blessings are predicated upon your faithfulness, so be faithful and continue to learn and study the scriptures and go to your meetings that will help you to know more and more of the precious things that are given through the church leadership.
