Sister *****, by the authority of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and as a Patriarch in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and in the name of Jesus Christ, I place my hands upon your head and give you your Patriarchal blessing.

Sister ***** I bless you as you remain faithful and true to the covenants that you made at baptism, you will find joy and happiness in your life and Heavenly Father will bless you throughout your life here on earth.

I further bless you that you will have the opportunity to go to the House of the Lord to receive your Endowment and also, later on in life, return to the Temple to be sealed for time and for all eternity to a young man of your choice. I bless you with a great posterity. One that will bring happiness and joy into your life. You will have the opportunity to teach and guide and direct your children and grandchildren and bring joy and happiness into their lives.

Sister ***** I bless you with a gift of teaching. You will have the opportunity to teach in the Young Women’s organization of the church and later on in the Relief Society, hold positions of leadership there and also in the Young Women’s organization and the Primary organization. And that you will be effective in touching the lives of many of the sisters that you teach and preside over. I bless you with a gift of administration, whereby, as you hold positions of leadership, you will be blessed with the understanding and knowledge that will be required as you hold these positions of leadership.

Sister ***** you are from the tribe of Ephraim and will receive the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I bless you to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection to receive those blessings that Heavenly Father has for you to have in the eternities in the Celestial Kingdom.

Sister ***** I bless you with an inquiring mind, one that will seek after the truth in all things. And I bless you with a discerning spirit that you will always choose right over wrong and good over evil. And Heavenly Father will bless you throughout your lifetime with the talent and the discernment to always follow paths of righteousness.

Sister ***** I bless you that you will be an example in the lives of many individuals. That you will be a source of joy and happiness to your parents, your brothers and your sisters. That you will always show love and understanding and share their happiness also throughout your lifetime. You will have many opportunities to evidence and show that love to your parents and to your family members.

Sister ***** I bless you that you will have many missionary opportunities where you will have an opportunity to share the gospel with friends that you meet in school and later on in life, throughout your lifetime. So I bless you with a desire to study the scriptures. Again, seek after those truths that will be beneficial to you and your family, and also to those that you meet and teach.

Sister ***** you have a special gift of meeting individuals and communicating with them. So I bless you with a strong testimony of the restored gospel that you can pass on to others. A strong testimony of a living Prophet, a strong testimony of the restored gospel here on earth and a strong testimony of the Prophet Joseph Smith. May the strong testimony of the restored gospel be with you throughout your lifetime to strengthen you in time of need and help you find answers to your prayers.

Sister ***** I bless you with a desire to continually seek our Heavenly Father for guidance and direction throughout your lifetime, realizing that you are one of His special daughters that has been sent to earth at a time when there is much upheaval, unhappiness throughout the world, evils prevalent throughout the world and He will bless you as you seek Him in prayer to overcome those evil forces. I bless you with a deep faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. One that will again, help you overcome the difficult or the stressful times in your life. And that as you heed the prompting of the Spirit, through prayer, joy and happiness will be yours.

Sister ***** I bless you with a desire to do family history research and search out your ancestors. To do the Temple work for them and help them receive the same blessings that you will receive here on earth during your lifetime. I bless you with the desire to always be active in the church. Take part in the Young Women’s program in your youth to fortify yourself for the evil and the things that may try to hinder you throughout your lifetime. Continue to build that testimony and Heavenly Father will bless you and watch over you.

Sister ***** you will have the opportunity to be a mother and a wife. And I bless you that you will be successful in teaching guiding and directing your children. And that you will have the ways and means to take care of your family. Be a loving mother, a devoted wife, and one that will seek the best for your family. And that you will always put your family first throughout your lifetime. I bless you that your desire will be to return to your Heavenly Father and attain the highest degree of glory and attain the very many blessings that you will have throughout your lifetime, especially on the other side of the veil. Be faithful, be true to the covenants that you have made at baptism and the covenants that you will make in the House of the Lord and Heavenly Father’s spirit will guide and direct you and give you answers to your prayers. These blessings, together with other blessings that Heavenly Father will pronounce upon you, I seal upon you in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
