Aunt Mary by viture of my office and in the name of Jesus Christ I place my hands upon thy head to bless thee and I ask the Eternal Father for his spirit to write the same and fill thee with the influence thereof.

Thou art in years and hath seen many changes. Thou hast passed through many trials and seen afflictions for the gospel sake and I say unto thee be of good faith and of good cheer and let thy heart be comforted. The Lord is pleased with thine integrity. He hath heard thy petitions and will answer thee to thy satisfaction and reward thee for every trial through which thou hast passed. Thy name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life and shall be handed down in honourable remembrance from generation to generation and thou shalt be crowned among the faithful mothers in Israel.

Thou art of the blood of Joseph and of the lineage of Ephraim and entitled to every blessing pertaining to the New and Everlasting Covenant with the gifts thereof.

Thy days and years shall be prolonged until thou art satisfied with life and shall see the coming of the Messiah and have an inheritance on Mount Zion, the New Jerusalem, with the Saints for ever. Let thy heart be comforted for I seal upon thee through the power of the Priesthood the blessing of health and thou shalt be made equal unto every task and shall fulfill thy mission upon the Earth and thy great-grandchildren shall comfort thee in thine old age.

This with all thy former blessings with the blessings of the Redeemer's Kingdom I seal upon thy head and I seal thee up unto eternal life to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection with many of thy kindred and friends, even so Amen.

Brother John, in the name of Jesus Christ I lay my hands upon thy head and seal the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob upon thee, and say unto thee be faithful and honor thy calling. Live up to thy privileges and the blessings of the Lord shall attend thee, strengthen thy memory, open the eyes of thine understanding, and cause thy faith to increase, for thou hast a work to do which thou hast not yet conceived of.

It is thy privilege and duty to do a work for thy kindred and assist in gathering scattered Israel. It is thy duty to labor in the ministry and make thy voice heard among the nations of the earth, and become a wise counselor among thy brethren, exalt the saints to faithfulness, and take an active part among the fathers in Israel, that thy name may be known far and near, and thy name be handed down from generation to generation. It is thy privilege until thou art eighty and five years old.

Therefore be prudent and upon thy guard. Seek diligently to know the will of the Lord concerning thee, and listen to the whisperings of the still small voice of the comforter that the stumbling block may be removed from thy pathway, and also that you may have power over evil and unclean spirits and be enabled to hold the adversary at bay, for thou art of the lineage of Ephraim and entitled to the gifts of the priesthood. Thou shalt be enabled through prayer and faith to heal the sick by the laying on of hands, and if necessary thou shalt perform miracles in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

This with thy former blessings I seal upon thy head and I seal thee up unto eternal life to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection with many of thy kindred and friends. Even so, Amen.
