Dear Sister I lay my hands upon thy head and seal upon thy head a fathers blessing because thou hast no father in the Church to bless thee.

As thou hast had a willing mind and obeyed from thy heart the fullness of the gospel and came into the New and Everlasting Covenant thou shalt be blessed with long life and every other blessing thy heart desireth in righteousness.

Thou shalt have power to bring thy parents and friends into the kingdom and to bring up all thy dead friends in the first resurrection. Thou shalt have the priesthood sealed upon thee in common with thy companion. Thou shalt be able to heal the sick through faith, even thine own family, in the absence of thy companion. Thou shalt have the ministration of angels if thou wilt be faithful and sure with thy whole heart.

Thou art a daughter of Abraham thru the loins of Judah.

Thou shalt be satisfied with the riches of the Earth and shall partake of all the blessings sealed upon the head of thy companion. When he returneth from his mission he shall bring a great company, amongst them many of thy friends and relatives.

Thou shalt earn an inheritance in Zion and shall be mistress of a large house and feed many saints. Thy children shall be numerous and thou shalt rejoice with them in Zion with thy companion when wickedness is swept from the face of the Earth.

Thou shalt have every blessing thy heart desireth inasmuch as thou livest for them. Through thy liberality the hearts of man shall be made glad.

I seal all these blessings upon thy head, and also seal thee up unto Eternal Life by the authority of the Priesthood in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Brother John, in the name of Jesus Christ I lay my hands upon thy head and seal the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob upon thee, and say unto thee be faithful and honor thy calling. Live up to thy privileges and the blessings of the Lord shall attend thee, strengthen thy memory, open the eyes of thine understanding, and cause thy faith to increase, for thou hast a work to do which thou hast not yet conceived of.

It is thy privilege and duty to do a work for thy kindred and assist in gathering scattered Israel. It is thy duty to labor in the ministry and make thy voice heard among the nations of the earth, and become a wise counselor among thy brethren, exalt the saints to faithfulness, and take an active part among the fathers in Israel, that thy name may be known far and near, and thy name be handed down from generation to generation. It is thy privilege until thou art eighty and five years old.

Therefore be prudent and upon thy guard. Seek diligently to know the will of the Lord concerning thee, and listen to the whisperings of the still small voice of the comforter that the stumbling block may be removed from thy pathway, and also that you may have power over evil and unclean spirits and be enabled to hold the adversary at bay, for thou art of the lineage of Ephraim and entitled to the gifts of the priesthood. Thou shalt be enabled through prayer and faith to heal the sick by the laying on of hands, and if necessary thou shalt perform miracles in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

This with thy former blessings I seal upon thy head and I seal thee up unto eternal life to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection with many of thy kindred and friends. Even so, Amen.
