Sister Ann Woolley, according to your request, I place my hands upon your head to pronounce and seal upon you a patriarchal blessing, and as you are of the house of Joseph through the loins of Ephraim and have come upon the earth in the day and age in which the Lord has established His church, never more to be taken from the earth, and as you have yielded obedience to the requirements of the Lord and have embraced His gospel, and have lived many years upon the earth; yea, even to a good old age, and have made your record as all may do and the Lord, through your faithfulness and care will lengthen your days still upon the earth, and when your time shall come, in the own due time of the Lord, you shall be prepared and pass to the other side in peace there to meet your heavenly Father and receive the reward of your deeds done in the body. For you have done much good, have been faithful to the trust that has been reposed in you of teaching and instructing those of your sex in the path of duty in the gospel of our Lord, Jesus Christ. This will be a source of great joy unto you for you will find it written in the Lamb's book of Life. You have taken joy in your labors and your joy will be much greater when you meet your good works on the other side of the Veil. I bless you with the spirit of the Lord to be with you constantly, to be your guide and companion and say unto you, sister be faithful unto the whisperings of the spirit and to the counsel of your husband and your last days shall be your best days. And I bless you with every blessing that your heart desires in righteousness that you may go to the Lord in faith and He will answer your prayers and you shall have dreams and visions that will be a great source of consolation unto you. And I seal you up to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection to receive your exaltation and reward for the good works done in the flesh, and I do it by the authority of the holy priesthood in me vested.
