Sister *****, in the Name of our Beloved Savior, Jesus Christ and with the authority of the Melchizedek Priesthood, and in my calling as an ordained Patriarch in the _____ Stake, I lay my hands upon your head to give you a Patriarchal Blessing.

Dear *****, the Lord loves you very much. You were an energetic and bright spirit in the pre-existence. You were friends with the Savior and traveled with Him. You attended classes and training and were loved by many. You understood the Gospel plan perfectly and followed the Savior here.

Things have been arranged for you so you can fulfill the measure of your creation. I bless you with health and strength all your days. You will be able to endure long hours of hard work in seeking your goals and accomplishing the tasks assigned to you. I bless you with safety and protection from harm in times of crises and emergency. Inasmuch as you obey the safety rules, wear the proper protective equipment and garments your limbs will be spared; your life will be complete with good quality all your days. I bless you to know that living the Word of Wisdom and avoiding substances will increase your ability to enjoy life.

I bless you to attend the Temple and to be married there. You will marry a worthy partner; one you have judged worthy by the way he treats you and others, and by the respect he shows you. I bless you to find such a partner by recognizing such traits and qualities. You will receive ordinances in the Temple that will enable you to progress in the eternities. I bless you to enjoy your visit to the temple and to be surrounded with family and friends as you attend; especially on your first visit. I bless you to feel the love of the Savior there. You will find solitude and comfort in the Celestial room. The time will come when you will be a Temple worker and help others enjoy their trip to the Temple. You will assign duties and responsibilities there.

I bless you to be very keen with genealogy. You will discover hidden knowledge and treasures about your family. You will take names to the temple with this knowledge. These things will become important to you as time goes on. I bless you to continue in the love of your present family forever and ever.

I bless you to be a mother in Zion and to have children born in the covenant. You will dedicate time to these children's development and teach them what Heavenly Father wants them to know. I bless you with treasured moments, hours and days with your children as they grow to maturity. You will help them discover all these things through your calling as a mother in Zion.

I bless you to have friends and support all your days. I bless you to travel with your husband to places in the world you want to see and to do what you desire to do there. I bless you with skill in other languages so you will communicate with others. You will also travel on Church assignments, perhaps as a missionary. I bless you to enjoy the assignments from the Church.

Sister *****, you are of the tribe of Dan. I bless you to discover information relating to this tribe from the books and other sources of information. As a member of this tribe you will come to Zion in the Latter-days. You will receive blessings at the hands of Ephraim. You will use these blessings to enrich the lives of others. Your music skills will help you spread the Gospel. You will teach great lessons and become a teacher of children and adults. You will be called to fulfill important assignments and will feel the mantle of leadership and authority as you help spread the Gospel and help new-comers feel welcome. You have a skill in dealing with and talking to people, you can use these to great effect all your days.

I bless you with a wonderful education which will enrich those around you. You have a great understanding of the spoken word, written words, art and music. You are also skilled in mathematics, science and medicine. You can combine any combination of these to make a career with opportunities in your community and in the world. You will receive degrees and honors. All the doors will be opened that you need to be successful.

I bless your home to be a sanctuary from the world. It will be filled with art, music, love and understanding. Others will come to your home for blessings. I bless you to represent good causes by being well-spoken in the community and in the church. You will be sought to explain difficult and complex subjects.

I bless you to understand the Lord loves you. You must be obedient and live the law of chastity. You must renew your covenants at sacrament as opportunity arises. You must return to the temple as often as you can or is practical in your busy life. You must be truthful in all your sayings and doings with others. I bless you to be aware of these things and to think about them always so you can choose the right and receive the blessings of Heavenly Father.

Sister ***** I bless you to come forward in the morning of the first resurrection. You will be crowned with beauty, glory and honor. You will enter the Celestial Kingdom wearing white robes and take your place in the Council of Saints. You will sit among great Saints from throughout time and history and learn new Gospel principles. You will be at the feet of the Savior to learn how to build other kingdoms and worlds. You will go through eternity with your family fulfilling these assignments.

With the royal blood of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Dan in your veins you are entitled to kingdoms, thrones, principalities, dominions, powers, riches, eternal lives and exaltation. With these blessings you are going to be a queen in the eternities and rule over nations of your children with your husband. You will enjoy great blessings promised by the Savior. You will be there with your family in great reunions to enjoy these blessings together.

I bless you to live a long and happy life. You will throw off sickness easily and enjoy the benefits of modern medicine if anything goes awry in your life.

I bless you to be a good gardener and to have a love of animals. Things on the domestic side of your life will be somewhat separate and at a different time. You will enjoy these 'domestic' things very much and be successful with them.
