Sister Eliza Jane, I lay my hands upon your head to give you a father's blessing. Thou art a daughter of Sarah and the tribe of Joseph and lineage of Ephraim and entitled to all of the blessings of the daughters of Zion. Through your faithfulness, the Lord has heard thy prayers, and will grant all the desires of thy heart in righteousness before Him. And now dear sister, give thy heart unto the Lord for He has great blessings in store for you. Angels rejoiced because of the integrity of thy heart. The Hosts of Heaven love thee, because of thy desires to do good. Thy days shall be many upon the earth and thy daughters shall become women of renown. It will be thy calling after the judgements of God have been poured out upon the wicked to administer comfort to those who come to Zion, poor and hungry and in this labor you will be greatly blessed. You shall, with your husband, receive your inheritance with the faithful in Zion. You shall have the privilege to see the Savior come in power and great glory to the earth and have the privilege to strike hands with Him in the Holy Temple. Now dear sister, seek to know the mind and will of the Lord and you shall be greatly blessed among your associates. And you shall be a wise counselor to the young and rising generations. All of these blessings I seal upon you with eternal life and power to come forth in the first resurrection. I also seal thee up against the temptations of the evil one in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
