Sister *****, by the authority of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood which I bear and as an ordained Patriarch in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I humbly place my hands upon your head to give unto you your Patriarchal Blessing according to the wishes of your heart.

*****, your Heavenly Father is pleased that you are here for your blessing, for he has been waiting until you had a desire to receive it.

Looking back across the span of time when you lived in the pre-existant realm with your Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother, you are remembered as a valiant spirit daughter. You were obedient and worked hard to prepare to come to earth to obtain your mortal body. You fulfilled every assignment that was required of you, a happy and loving spirit daughter, who received many talents and abilities to use on earth, to help you prepare for eternal life.

I feel impressed to give unto you your lineage, I find you are of the Tribe of Ephraim and that rich and noble blood flows freely in your veins. This heritage brings responsibilities to you of being a teacher, a loving helpmate, a leader of children, youth and older sisters, also, in the coming years. I promise you, if you will continue in your quest for education, learning well, as you are now, you will develop into a fine teacher and your callings and assignments will be many and you will find great joy in your life. Seek for additional learning at every opportunity in all areas, for it will enable you to serve others and prepare yourself for eternal life.

I promise you that you will come forth in the morning of the first and just resurrection, receiving all the rights, power and privileges of that wondrous day. If you live the Gospel and work for this celestial goal, you will be found there, ready to enter with your loved ones, who have also prepared themselves and your joy will be great.

*****, the time will come when you will meet a fine young man, who can be your eternal helpmate. If you live righteously, your Heavenly Father will help to guide you to this worthy one, who can take you to the Temple of the Most High to receive those promises, admonitions and blessings saved there for the faithful. I promise you motherhood in this life and also eternal motherhood. I bless you with a life of sufficient duration to accomplish all that your heart desires that is of a noble and eternal nature. You will find living will be joyous and precious to you, as you cling to and work for your celestial goals.

*****, honor your father and mother all the days of your life, that your days might be long upon the land which your God has given you.

We live in a fast moving world and I admonish you to be careful as you travel, work and go about in life. Use caution at all times, so undue accidents may not be your lot, to mar your beauty, nor slow your progression in this life. I promise you, if you will use wisdom, prayer, and always seek direction, then serious accidents will not be a part of your life and even through close calls, you will remain unscathed. Use wisdom and take care of your health and strength. Do not go into places with friends where your Heavenly Father would not want you to. Choose your friends very carefully and select those who are upright and respect you for the fine person that you are and your purity and cleanliness.

*****, seek for education, learning at every opportunity, and keep the commandments, so each day of your life will be meaningful and enjoyable unto you. If you will be stalwart, your Heavenly Father will answer your prayers and direct you throughout your life.
