Dear Beloved Sister, I lay my hands upon thy head and in the name of Jesus Christ and by the authority of the holy priesthood I bless thee with a Father's and a Patriarch's Blessing and if thou art faithful in keeping the covenant that thou hast entered into and serve the Lord by honoring him and keeping his commandments thou shalt be blest abundantly with wisdom and thy knowledge shall extend even to the Heavens and many of the mysteries of the Kingdom of God shall be opened to thy view. Thou art of the Blood of Ephraim and shall be an instrument in the hands of God of redeeming many of thy ancestors and connections who have passed from this state of action and bring them into the kingdom and thou shalt yet stand as a queen and a mother at the head of numerous subjects to aid and assist in governing them. If thou desirest (although thou art aged) thou shalt have a worthy companion who shall be a father and a ruler over a numerous posterity or subjects which shall do honor to him and thee and shall be crowned in a mansion of glory prepared for thee. Thou shalt be a mighty instrument in relieving the afflicted and the poor and many shall bless the Lord and bless thee on account of the benefits received from thee. All the desires of thy heart that thou desirest in righteousness shall be granted unto thee and no gift or good thing shall be withheld from thee if thou wilt exercise faith in the promises of God.
Thou shalt yet see trials and afflictions but if thou art faithful the Lord will deliver thee out of them all. Thou shalt possess peace and plenty and live long and see good days and thy life shall not be taken from thee until thou art willing to be changed and made immortal and reign with Christ on the Earth. If thou wilt keep the faith to the end of thy probation thou shalt be changed and made immortal and reign with Christ on the Earth a Thousand years and finally be crowned with eternal life in the Celestial Kingdom of God in a mansion of glory prepared for thee and thine. These blessings dear sister are all sure for thee if thou art faithful in keeping the commandments of God to the end of thy probation for I ask God the Eternal Father to seal these blessings upon thee and by the power and authority of the holy priesthood I seal them upon thee and in the name and stead of Jesus Christ seal thee unto eternal life, Even so, Amen.
