Sister *****, according to your desire and in the exercise of the Holy Priesthood, I lay my hands upon your head and give unto you your Patriarchal Blessing which I pray the Lord will inspire and direct, that it may be profitable to you, and that it may serve as a tie, in righteousness with your Heavenly Father, as long as you live righteously upon the earth.

You are descended from Ephraim, the son of Joseph, who was sold by his brothers and you were born into the world of noble parents and of noble blood, for in your veins is the blood of Abraham, and you are an heir in faithful living and by participation in the activities and privileges offered you in the Church, to all the blessings which the Lord has promised to His Covenant people in this dispensation of time.

In due time it shall be your privilege to enter the House of the Lord and to partake of the joys and benefits of the Holy Endowment and to become more fully acquainted with some of the great privileges which are yours in righteousness. The Lord has blessed you with faith, and faith must be nurtured. Live righteously all of your life in order that your faith may ever burn brightly, and that in times of stress and trouble it may be a light unto you and a comfort always.

You have many talents which the Lord expects you to improve. Accept always, that which is given you or offered to you in the Church and elsewhere, and the Lord will qualify you and you shall be able to accomplish a great mission in life. You shall live to a goodly age upon the earth, and in consequence of your faithfulness, you shall love the gospel and shall love the children of our Heavenly Father, and shall love service to the Lord which is best done by your service to your fellowmen.

You shall grow in your abilities and your talents shall be increased. You shall grow in the love and esteem of people and many shall come to you for advice and for comfort in the days to come and shall go away in happiness because you have benefited and blessed them by the advice you give to them.

The Church will seek you, through those who are set there to direct its affairs, and you shall have the opportunity of laboring among the youth of the church and others in bringing the message of truth and salvation to many people. Learn the scripture and commit to memory much knowledge that shall be good for you as you fulfill your mission and I bless you that you may have power to overcome the temptings of the adversary. He shall tempt you in many ways and in many forms, but evil comes from the devil and good from the Lord. You may always know the source whether it is good or evil, by that measure.

I bless you that you may have power to solve the problems that confront you daily and that those things which bother you from time to time may find solutions because you share your problems with the Lord. Ever pray to Him faithfully and humbly, and in deep humility you shall walk with Him, for your hand shall be in His. He will impress you to do right and He will lead and guide you in the path of right, and He will preserve you from the enemies to your mission. I bless you that you may know, in due time the joys of honored motherhood and rejoice in a posterity who shall love you forever. You shall come forth in the first resurrection for I seal you up against the power of the destroyer to come forth in the morning of the resurrection of the faithful to receive the Lord's crown and glory that has been promised to those who know and love their Heavenly Father.

These blessings are yours in faithfulness, for I seal them upon you by virtue of the Holy Priesthood, and in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
