*****, I a servant of the Lord, holding the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood place my hands upon your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing, and I say unto you prepare your heart to receive this blessing and by virtue of my calling I say unto you, that you have been born of goodly parents to come forth to this generation, where you'll have an opportunity to do much good in the church.

And I say unto you be faithful and the Lord will bless you in your labors. Thou are of the blood line of Ephraim and in as much as you are of the choice blood the Lord will expect much of you and he will guard off dangers and even protect you from death that you may live and fill a measure of your creation.

Thou shalt live to become a mother in Israel.

Thou Shalt be called to do many wonderful things in the church.

Thou shall work in the temples of the Lord for thine ancestors as well as for thyself.

Thou Shalt be a Savior upon Mt. Zion.

Thou shalt be numbered among the just.

Thou shalt receive inspiration from heaven to direct you, a right that you may live long upon the earth.

You shall be wise counselor among your associates, and if you listen to the still small voice the Lord will lead you into all truth and you will become an honor to your parents and to the church.

I bless you with health and strength, with wisdom and understanding that you may not stumble or yield to temptation.

Thou art a chosen vessel sent forth in the dispensation to help redeem Zion, and if you are faithful to your covenants with the Lord you shall even overcome all obstacles in your way.

You shall be victorious in helping to establish Zion.

The Lord is pleased with your course in life this far. I pray the Lord to bless you to have power to overcome temptation and I seal these blessings upon you, that you may receive eternal life in the kingdom of Heaven. I do it by virtue of my calling, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
