By the authority of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and in the name of Jesus of Nazareth, beloved Sister *****, with pleasure I lay my hands upon your head as a patriarch to seal and pronounce upon you a patriarchal blessing.

Rejoice and be exceedingly glad for thus whispereth the still small voice. You have been faithful and true under all your trials, although thou hast passed through many sacrifices. For passing through these sacrifices, great shall be your reward and eternal will be your glory. Yes, thou hast earned a great reward and thou shalt be rewarded an hundred fold. Behold, thou art the seed of Ephraim and thou art entitled to the choicest and the highest favors of your Heavenly Father, you being of the choicest seed upon the earth. You also are one of those that is born under the new and everlasting covenant. Therefore, thou art one of the two-fold blessings, for our eternal Father has promised those born under that covenant his highest honors and his choicest blessings. These blessings are yours through your lineage and the obedience you have rendered. Although thou hast passed through the trials that have been grievous unto you, you have tried to your utmost to lift up your head exceedingly for you have not forfeited any of your rights or privileges for there is a God in Israel and His ears are not heavy nor his arms short.

Your prayers and petitions and your cries have been heard. The all-watchful eye has been upon you from your youth to the present time.

You are numbered among the very elect for your name is recorded in the Lamb's Book of Life, there to remain unspotted or unstained from the sins of the world. Blessed and holy are they whose names are recorded there who through faithfulness to the end shall in no wise lose their reward.

As for you, beloved sister, this great promise shall come to you. Your life shall be preserved and protected from dangers both seen and unseen. The destroyer shall not have power over you until your life's mission is completed.

Your life shall be as long as you desire it to be. Marvelous shall be the manifestations that shall be manifest unto you. If you will exercise the executive ability thou hast, thou shalt become mighty in words and in deeds, for you shall fill honored stations in the Church of God, and shall be a leader among your sex and especially, dear sister, among the youth of the House of Israel.

If you will be faithful and prayerful night and morning every day of your lifetime, there shall be no trials or perplexities that shall arise but you shall be able to surmount and overcome.

Blessed art thou for thy name shall go down in remembrance to the latest generation. Your sons and daughters shall become honored men and women, and your sons shall bear the Holy Priesthood of God and your daughters shall become honored mothers in Israel for they shall become shining stars in your crown of glory.

These blessings are yours through faithfulness. There shall be no powers that shall thwart your righteous endeavors. For you shall stand among the most honored mothers in Israel.

Your life shall behold marvelous changes among the children of men, and you will be one of the honored mothers in Israel. Beloved sister, many sacrifices yet shall be required at your hands, but remember those sacrifices will bring forth the choicest blessings.

Plead with your Eternal Father and your pathway shall be illuminated, and oft times when your children are far from your parental care and keeping, your counsel shall be heard and shall ring in their ears louder than the bells that are tolled from the towers. If you will, you will receive inspiration and you shall know of times when your children are in danger, and through your counsel and advice, they will be able to escape and avoid, for it shall be made manifest unto you. Your voice of warning unto them shall be heard. You shall never lack for the comforts of this life for your table shall always be spread with plenty.

The words of this blessing are yours, and they are but a part of the many blessings that are in store for you. They will stand for you in this lifetime and shall be an anchor for your soul in the eternal world, for I seal it upon your head through the Holy Priesthood which I bear. I seal you up to pass by angels, principalities, powers, and glories to reign as a queen and a priestess unto the most high mansion that is prepared for you in the Celestial Kingdom.
