Sister *****, by the authority that I hold as a Patriarch in the _____ Stake of Zion, I lay my hands upon your head and give you your Patriarchal Blessing.

You are a spirit daughter of your Father in Heaven, and you lived with Him in your First Estate. You have passed the time when He felt that you should come to Earth and obtain a mortal body, that you might go on and progress in His Kingdom. Pray unto your Heavenly Father as you have been doing, and His Spirit will attend you, comfort you, inspire you and strengthen you in your desire to keep His commandments.

He has blessed you to be born under the New and Everlasting Covenant where you are sealed to your parents for time and all eternity. Live your life so that when the time comes you can go to the temple of our God and make the covenants and receive the tokens that are necessary that you may gain exaltation in the Celestial Degree of Glory.

Study the gospel day by day that you may have greater understanding of its purpose and how to live it in your life, that you may gain the great blessings that your Heavenly Father has in store for you.

You are blessed to be born at a time when the gospel is here upon the earth and when we have a living prophet to give us the will of our Heavenly Father and to tell us the things that we must do. Read the things the Prophet says whenever you get the opportunity. Read the scriptures and pray unto your Heavenly Father that you may understand them and that you may use them in your life, that you may become a useful instrument in His hands for furthering His Kingdom here upon the earth.

You shall have opportunities to serve your Heavenly Father in various ways as He desires and as you are called by His servants from day to day. As you receive each call, remember that your Heavenly Father has called you through the officers here in the ward or the stake. And as you go forth and do the things that you need to do in this call to the best of your ability, He will bless you and inspire you and you will grow in appreciation of the love that He has for you day by day.

Your Heavenly Father has a special mission for you to perform, and as you live close to Him He will unfold it unto you as you go through life. Remember, each thing that you do has an important part to play in you life in preparing you for the things your Heavenly Father wants you to do.

You belong to the Tribe of Ephraim, and if you continue to live worthy, you shall continue to belong to this tribe. Now all blessings that are for your good that you desire in righteousness I seal upon your head, according to your faithfulness, in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ, amen
