Brother *****, in the right of my calling in the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood, I bear, I place my hands upon your head and confer upon you a Patriarchal Blessing which is an extra blessing from our Heavenly Father to all those that are honest and humble before him.

This is your right to receive this blessing as one of His servants in His vineyard here upon Earth that you have in your young age received the Holy Priesthood that will give you right, power and strength to work in the name of the Lord.

The Lord has looked over you from birth to this moment of time. He has kept his hands and eyes and protecting arm all around you and kept you out from harm and danger to this moment of time because He saw you in the Spirit World before this earth was created where you stood brave and strong, willing and valiant in the work of the Lord. In this He gave you this great privilege and blessing a birthright wherein you were willing to take upon yourself a body of flesh and bone and come down to this Mother Earth to fulfill that great mission the Lord has called you to do as his servant to bear witness of the true Plan of Salvation that he has restored back to earth in the Latter Day. Be willing and free and valiant in the work of the Lord and He will bless you with his Holy Spirit that is conferred upon you by the Servant of the Lord that confer the Holy Priesthood upon you to go forth in your future life with a great determination to live the gospel and fill up your days with good works and the Lord has promised you before you were born to this earth he will sustain and give health and strength to do His work here on earth and work out your own salvation.

Dear Brother be faithful and prayerful in your secret prayers. Call upon the Lord early and late and He said I will answer your prayer even before you start and through this you'll have power and strength to keep yourself out from the Evil Spirit that is working among the children of men because He knows these things and will try to tempt you in your future life maybe harder than in the past. If it is possible for him to get you to deny the very existence of God. Brother don't suffer yourself down in spirit but look up into the future with hope and trust to the Lord and He will sustain you so the evil one won't have power to harm you. The Holy Spirit will lead and guide you in your future life and you shall be able to fill up your days with good work; build up the Church and Kingdom of God upon the earth and you will see and learn more and more of the great truth of the gospel plan and learn to acknowledge the Hands of the Lord to you.

You will be called to many high and great callings in the Church and Kingdom of God. You will be called to administer to the sick and afflicted and the Lord has promised he will hear your prayer and the sick will recover even from a dying bed.

These great blessings and privileges have come to you through the Lineage of Ephraim, the great Prince in Israel.

See to it that you do your duty in every respect of the principles of the Gospel and in the Lord's own due time you will be called to go abroad to the nations of the earth to spread the gospel to people in darkness of it. Inasmuch as you fulfill your duty the Lord's blessings will be with you. Your tongue will be loosened and you will be able to speak freely to any nation you are called. Honor and respect the Priesthood you bear and everyone that will preside over you. If you do this all will be well with you and you will feel happy and rejoice in the blessings that will come to you through the light and knowledge of the gospel. See to it that you do this and the Lord's blessings will continue on with you. The Lord said, "Remember me with your tithes and offerings, bring them to my storehouse and I will bless you and open up the Heavens and pour a spiritual and temporal blessing upon you." Fulfill your duty in this great work you are called to do and the Lord's blessings will be with you in every respect.

Remember your relatives and friends that are passed away without the knowledge of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Go to the House of the Lord and fulfill your own duty in the Temple of the Lord and so do the work for your dead relatives and friends because they had not the privilege you had. If you do this you will set them free and they will bless you and you will feel happy and rejoice in the Master's cause.

These privileges and blessings I promise to you and seal them upon your head with forgiveness of your sin in as much as you live the gospel and seal you up with power and strength against the Destroyer to the Day of Redemption. This I do in the virtue of the Priesthood and in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Our Redeemer, Even So, Amen.
