Daniel, I place my hands upon your head and seal on you a Patriarchal Blessing, which shall be sealed and recorded in the Book of Life. Thou will yet proclaim the Gospel to nations, kindreds, tongues, and people. Thou shalt have great faith, knowledge, and wisdom before the Lord thy God. Thou shalt have power like unto Nephi of old, and yet shall bring many souls into the Kingdom of God. Angels shall be round about you and go before, and you shall hear the voice of God from time to time. Though mountain waves shall dash about thee, the angel of God shall be with thee. Thou shall ride off victorious and bring many souls into the Kingdom of God. Even captains of ships shall say unto thee, "Thou are a man of God." He shall hand to thee a piece of money, a very peculiar piece, and you shall say, "He is a friend to me in very deed."

Thou art of Joseph, a right to the fullness of the Priesthood, with wives and a very great kingdom on the earth. No one shall excel you. You shall have an inheritance in Zion, and be as a Saviour on Mount Zion. You shall help to rear the Temple in Zion, and do the work for the living, and the dead, till you are satisfied.

These blessings I seal upon your head with crowns of glory and eternal lives, with all thy Father's household forever and ever, Amen.
