Sister *****, by the power of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood and in the name of Jesus Christ, I lay my hands upon your head and give you a patriarchal blessing which you requested. This blessing will be a help and a guide to you throughout your life; it will make life richer and enhance your return to God's presence.

*****, God knew you in the pre-existing life. He loved you and taught you there. You still know God in your heart and in your mind from your experiences in the pre-mortal life. He sent you here to this earth at this time to this family. He has watched over you through your life thus far, and He will continue to watch over you as you let him do so. I bless you to know that God loves you. I bless you to have a deep and strong testimony of the existence of God and His love for you and of your importance to Him. I bless you to be healed from the sorrows, from the wounds, from the disappointments, and sins that you may have had in your life. God loves you and is accepting of you; He is ready to be your friend and guide.

You are a choice person born in the House of Israel. You are of the tribe of Ephraim, chosen by God to be among the first to receive the restored gospel in the latter days. This tribe also has the responsibility to bless all the nations, all the families of the earth, and it is your responsibility to do so. You will be blessed to have the priesthood in your home. You will be blessed to have the bounties and riches spiritually and temporally which are promised to the House of Israel. And you can bless all the families of the earth by living the gospel, by sharing your testimony with others, by accepting calls in the Church, by serving faithfully and being a good member of the Church.

I bless you to have a love of the scriptures. You have a spiritual gift to understand the scriptures, and I bless you to remember to read them regularly. Through the scriptures your testimony will deepen and strengthen, and you will have a strong and enduring testimony. I bless you with a testimony strong enough to see you through all the trials that come in life. For, *****, it is God's plan that we all be tried, have disappointments and tests. I bless you to successfully pass through all of these. When you feel discouraged or disappointed, turn to God. Go to your bedroom, kneel on your knees and pray out loud to God, and he will come to you. You will feel his presence, you will feel His arms around you, and He will lift you up and buoy you up to go forward in life.

I bless you academically to excel in your education. You will have the opportunity to attend college. Make the most of that opportunity. Educated yourself academically but also spiritually by attending institute and church regularly. Make church attendance a priority. God will be with you in your church meetings, and you will receive instruction and guidance from Him during your attendance.

You will have the opportunity to marry. I bless you to be able to find an intelligent, wonderful, righteous, loving husband with whom you will be a close friend. You will be blessed to bring children from heaven into your home. I bless you to be a wonderful mother, to teach with love and patience. I bless you that you will have a great companionship with your husband. You and he together will have an opportunity to travel, to serve the Church with a special mission to help those who are physically handicapped. You and he will be a great benefit to those with physical challenged, both in supporting them and in finding ways to heal them.

You will be a well-educated woman as you turn to God. People will come to you for advice and counsel on how to be a good mother and wife. People will come and say, 'You have wonderful children; help me to know how to raise wonderful children. Help me to have a good home and marriage.'

I bless you physically that your body will be strong and able to overcome every illness or disease that may come to you. I promise that no sickness, disease or illness will come you you that will prevent you from accomplishing your mission here on earth.

God has a mission for you, which will be revealed to you over time if you will respond to each call that comes to serve in the Church. If you will respond to the promptings of the Holy Ghost, God will lead you forward to a life of happiness and success that you can't even imagine yet. Put your trust in God. God says to you, '*****, trust me. Keep the commandments, be devoted in service and you will have a wonderful and glorious life.' Remember this promise, and if you sometimes make mistakes, repent quickly and return to God.

I bless you with the opportunity to see the marvels of the world. You will be able to see new and wonderful communications. You will see the world where the Church is growing and prominent and powerful in many, many countries. You will have the opportunity to spread the gospel world-wide. God would have you be a powerful influence in the world and in the Church. Be happy, successful, and accomplish great things.

This is all part of God's plan your you, *****, all of which will come about according to your faithfulness and in God's time, for all of God's promises are sure and never fail. I bless you with faith, testimony and vision, that God will open your eyes to see the great future that is available for you. He will strengthen you to reach out for success and not be distracted by Satan or his followers who will invite you to be evil. I bless you with the strength to overcome every temptation from Satan and seal you up to return to God--happy, successful, having completed your mission--and do it in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
