Sister *****, in accordance with your desire and by the authority vested in me I pronounce a blessing upon you which, if you are true and faithful to your covenants shall give you great comfort as you journey through life. You are one of the daughters of Zion and favored of the Lord to be privileged to live in this day and age and to be born under the New and Everlasting covenants; therefore, look forward to the future with pleasure. You are of the lineage of Ephraim and, through your faithfulness, are entitled to the blessings the Lord has promised His covenant children. If you will be humble and prayerful, the spirit of the Lord shall be a close companion unto you and lead you into all truth that you may have strength and power to withstand the temptations of the Evil One and to say when you are tempted, "Get thee behind me." Seek to inform your mind upon the principles of life and salvation, for it shall be your privilege to labor in some of the organizations of the Church, and you shall bear your testimony at home and abroad that the Lord lives and that His work has been established upon the earth in these latter days. Counsel with the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct you for good. If you will follow the promptings of the spirit, you shall have friends and be a peacemaker at home and among your associates. You shall be blessed with a companion and go to the House of the Lord and there be sealed for time and all eternity and have joy in your posterity. I seal these blessings upon you through the power of the Holy Priesthood, and I seal you up to come forth in the morning of the resurrection crowned with glory and eternal life through your faithfulness in the name of Jesus Christ.
