*****, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the authority of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood, I lay my hands upon your head, as a patriarch in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, to give you your patriarchal blessing as directed by the spirit.

*****, you are a choice and special daughter of our Father in Heaven who was reserved in the Spirit World to come to Earth during the Dispensation of the Fullness of Time, when all the gospel ordinances are available. Rejoice in this special privilege which is yours. In the Spirit World you chose to follow the Savior. You looked forward to the opportunities and experiences of mortality to continue to develop your faith and the use of agency. To assist you in your quest during mortality you have had the privilege of becoming a member of the only true church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, with all the ordinances for exaltation. You were reserved for this time for the Lord knew you. He knew what you could do. He knew that you would strive to follow His commandments and be an example to those around you.

The blessings promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are yours. You have come to Earth as a member of that family of Israel through the loins of Ephraim. Through this lineage you will receive many blessings and given much responsibility in building up the Kingdom of God in these last days.

*****, to assist you in your quest for eternal life, you entered the waters of baptism. Through confirmation you were given the privilege and the responsibility of receiving the Holy Ghost, with the council and direction that as you prove valiant you would be entitled to His constant companionship. This is a tremendous blessing for you are on Earth during challenging times. I bless you with the desire and the ability to listen carefully to the promptings of the Spirit. Live your life so that you will always be found in tune and the veil between heaven and earth will be thin at times for you will recognize the source from which inspiration comes.

You have been blessed with many talents. Continue to use these talents in the service of others. You have been blessed with a personality which radiates wholesomeness, goodness, and purity. Live your life so your talents and your personality will continue to develop and mature.

Shun the very appearance of evil. Resist Satan in all of his forms. Reserve your love and affection for he who is yet to come into your life. Cherish your virtue as you would your life's blood.

I bless you with health and strength. You will have the ability to meet each challenge of life as it comes. You will never weary in service in the Lord's Kingdom. You will always find time to give encouraging words to those who may be despondent or down trodden.

Make the scriptures a constant part of your life. From them you will glean an understanding of the Lord's plan for His children, and the great love He has for you. You will comprehend that you are on earth as part of a divine plan to fulfill the full purpose of your creation by gaining a body and applying the eternal principles in your life.

Remember that through prayer will come peace and understanding. Go to the Lord. Ask for His direction and I promise you that every request will be honored and sustained.

You will witness the fulfilling of prophecies pertaining to the last days. You will see our world continue to decay in wickedness. I bless you with peace of mind and the assurance that you will always know who you are, that the Lord is directing the affairs of this earth, and you are part of a divine plan, here on the Lord's errand to accomplish your divine destiny.

You will have the privilege of entering the House of the Lord. There through the Holy Endowment you will make covenants and promises which will remain with you throughout all eternity. You will have the privilege of kneeling at the altar of the temple to be sealed to an honorable bearer of the priesthood. He will love the Lord and love you. You two will be found one in the eyes of the Lord as you raise an honorable posterity of sons and daughters who will remain valiant and true to the principles that you will instill in their souls. Live your life so that you will be worthy of the presence of the Savior when He returns. You will witness the time when peace will again return to the earth and will raise your children during this special time.

Remember who you are at all times and in all places. Stand faithful in the face of adversity. Be gracious and kind exercising all the virtues of womanhood. As you do so, you will have joy in this life. No righteous desire will be withheld. You will always have a desire to bless the lives of others as you minister to their needs in times of crisis.

Honor your parents. Follow their council and seek their direction and your life will be eternally blessed.
