Brother *****, in the name of Jesus Christ, by the authority of the Melchizedek Priesthood, I lay my hands upon your head and give unto you your patriarchal blessing.

Brother *****, you came here to the earth at this time and were held back from coming sooner because of your desire to know the truth. You are here because of your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and you have been blessed to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ. You are here on this earth and have covenanted to take upon yourself the name of Jesus Christ. You have covenanted that you would keep His commandments and would follow His prophets. Great shall be your joy and blessings because of the wise decisions that you have made in your life.

You are of the tribe of Ephraim and are entitled to all of the blessings promised to his descendants. Follow the teachings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and rich shall be your joy and blessings.

I bless you that through your faith that you will be known in many parts of the church, many places that you will be known for your ability to bear witness of Jesus Christ. You are blessed with a special spirit, the spirit of understanding. With this gift of God, you will be able to understand God's plan. You will have special insight in the plan of salvation, the plan of redemption. And with this insight, you will be able to teach with power and authority and conviction the truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I bless you that through your faith and your service to your Father in Heaven, that all of your righteous desires will be fulfilled. All of the prayers that you offer up to your Father in Heaven will be fulfilled as you seek and ask for those things that are righteous in nature, that are for your good, that are for the building up of the kingdom of God. All of these desires will be given unto you in God's own due time. Be patient in all that you do, for through patience you will be able to discern the good from the bad. You will understand the purposes of things that happen in your life.

I bless you with the strength to overcome adversity and with the wisdom to use those challenges and trials in your life to strengthen your faith and your testimony and to use those experiences to bless the lives of others. By sharing your faith and your testimony, you will save lives of individuals. For you have seen in your life many that are on a course of self-destruction and through your wisdom and through your friendship, your counsel will change the lives of your friends, will strengthen them and they will call you blessed because of sharing your time and testimony with them.

I bless you in your search for a profession that you will be guided and directed, that you will choose a profession that will allow you to serve your Father in Heaven. And it will allow you to be able to travel and to be a positive influence wherever you go.

Keep the Word of Wisdom that your mind will be keen and sharp, that your body will be strong, that you will have energy and strength to withstand any and all challenges in life. Pay your tithes and offerings that you might show your Father in Heaven that you know that this is the true church of God, that you will show your Father in Heaven that you are willing to sacrifice any amount that He would require at your hands.

I bless you in your search for an eternal mate that you will seek out a young lady that honors her commitment to God, a young woman that honors her parents and honors all covenants that she has and will make with her Father in Heaven. I bless you to be able to go to the temple to receive your endowment and that through your preparation and attendance at the temple that you will return and make an eternal covenant with that young lady and together you will bear children and teach them the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Be aware of the feelings of those around you. When you speak to your friends, speak with the spirit, speak with a desire to uplift and strengthen, speak words of wisdom.

I bless you with a strong desire to study the scriptures, wherein the scriptures you will find the answers that you are looking for, that will give you the joy and the happiness that you truly seek and need in your life.Listen to the wisdom of your parents for they have taught you many things and will yet teach you many things. And as you listen to them, they will begin to listen to you and you will find joy and happiness in your home with your parents.

Go forth; prepare yourself to listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Become a friend to Jesus Christ and God your Father. Talk to them as you would talk to your best friend, for you will find comfort in your prayers to your Father in Heaven. Pray continuously that you might not be tempted. Listen to the spirit of the Holy Ghost. Exercise your priesthood and reject all temptations that will be placed in your path.

I bless you that you will come forth and be resurrected in the morning of the first resurrection that you will receive your eternal blessings to live with your Father in Heaven in the Celestial Kingdom. These blessings are promised to you through your faithfulness, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
