Brother *****, by the authority of the holy Melchizedek Priesthood vested in me as an ordained patriarch in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I lay my hands upon your head and pronounce upon you those words Heavenly Father would have you be the recipient of. Heavenly Father rejoices that you have come to inquire as to His will in regard to your life through one of His servants.

Your blessings shall flow through the holy bloodline of Ephraim, the son of Joseph. Through this lineage, dear brother, you may be the recipient of all the great, glorious, and everlasting promises and blessings promised those who live up to Heavenly Father's will. I bless you to this end, dear brother. The blessings that you will receive will be both temporal for mortal life and eternal for eternal life.

I bless you as a representative of the Lord and Savior in presenting the holy principles of the gospel to those of His sons and daughters upon the face of the earth. Your footsteps will be guided to the doors of those who would listen to you. Your mind and spirit will be receptive to the promptings of the Spirit and the teachings that you are to do. You will be able to reach into the lives and the spirits of many of those with whom you come into contact that they will be receptive to your teachings and they will go into the waters of baptism under your hands.

I bless you, dear brother, with protection of one assigned of the Lord that no accident or harm or evil influence will be upon you.

I bless you, dear brother, that in time you will select a daughter of God to be your eternal companion. She will be choice. Heavenly Father will inspire you and reveal unto you the one you are to take to the House of the Lord and there be married and sealed for time and all eternity. I bless you that Heavenly Father will instruct a number of His spirit children - those He is holding in His presence at this time as your eternal children.

I bless you with great leadership abilities for there will be much for you to do in the Lord and Savior's church. As you put your hand forth your Heavenly Father will see that the holy spirit of promise will be your constant companion to reveal unto you those things that you are to do. The Holy Ghost will reveal unto you those words that are to be spoken in special occasions and places.

So you will be protected, guided and directed. You will be a great leader among mankind and you will have great influence upon those with whom you labor, and many will feel of this influence for generations.

I bless you that your days upon the face of the earth will be long and fruitful, and that you will enjoy health, strength, and vigor in sufficient amount to go about each day and accomplish the tasks that you put your hands to.

I bless you with the spirit of Elijah. As this spirit comes upon you reach forth your hand in the search of the names of your kindred dead. As you do so there will be revealed to you the sources to find the names of many of your progenitors. Be as a savior on Mount Zion in their behalf. Send their names to the holy temples, and from time to time go to the temples and do the work in their behalf. Your eyes shall be opened, and you shall see. Your ears shall be opened, and you shall hear the voices of many of those for whom you are being of service. There will come a time, dear brother, when you will spend a great deal of your time in the holy temples of the Lord.

Your sons and daughters shall walk in your footsteps never deviating from the path of righteousness as you walk in the path of righteousness. You will be a shining example, and they will look to you as an example to pattern their lives after.

I seal you up to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection. As you stand before your Heavenly Father He will rejoice and He will bless you. You shall be sent forth during the millennium upon the land. You shall be an assistant to the Lord in doing the great and glorious work that is to be accomplished during this period of time.

When you have completed those tasks, dear brother, you shall be rewarded greatly; and your life shall be one of eternal glory and happiness.

These blessings and unspoken blessings Heavenly Father would have you be the recipient of I confer upon you in the holy name of the Lord and Savior and by the authority vested in me as an ordained patriarch in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This I do in the holy name of the Lord and Savior.
