Beloved Brother, in the name of Jesus Christ I place my hands upon thy head and seal upon thee a patriarchal or father's blessing according to the order of the Church from everlasting. I seal upon thee all the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the blessings of the priesthood which was sealed upon the children of Joseph. I seal upon thee and thy posterity, for this is thy lineage, thou shalt be blessed with health in thy family and thy children shall multiply like Ephraim and be mighty in the priesthood, shall be able to seal blessings of the new and everlasting covenant upon the children of Jacob. Thou shalt enjoy peace in thy family. Thou shalt go forth to preach the gospel to many people. The Lamanites shall hear thy voice and they shall begin to believe thy word. Thou shalt gather thousands of the remnants of Jacob to the land of Zion. Thou shalt be able to rebuke the winds and the stormy winds, shall do any miracle that is necessary for the gathering of Israel. No power on Earth shall stay thine hand. Thou shalt see Israel gathered and Zion established in peace on the earth, have part in the first resurrection with all thy father's house, and inherit a kingdom that shall never pass away. Amen.

Thou art of the same blood and lineage with thy companion and heir to all the Blessings and Priesthood that is sealed upon him. You shall have faith to heal the sick in your house and among your sex. You shall be blessed in your family according to the desire of thine heart. Your children shall grow up about your table healthy and fair, shall increase like Jacob. No good thing shall be withheld from you. Your store house shall be filled with the best fruits of the earth and in sorrow and trouble you shall be delivered. Angels shall take charge of you. They have watched over you all your days and they never will leave or forsake you. You shall have health, peace, and plenty, the spirit of prophecy and revelation, wisdom to do all things in righteousness, shall be satisfied with the riches of the earth, and possess the riches of Eternal Life. You shall live to see the Redeemer stand upon the Earth, live and reign with him a thousand years, and inherit all the Blessings of his Kingdom with all your fathers house forever and ever. Amen.
