In the name of Jesus Christ I place my hands upon thy head and seal upon you a father's blessing, even all the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Thou art of the blood of Abraham and a lawful heir to the priesthood which shall be conferred upon you in due time. You shall have an inheritance in Zion with the children of Joseph, be a councilor in the House of Israel, be filled with wisdom and the Holy Ghost, be appointed to preach the gospel to many kindred, tongue, and people. At your rebuke the sea shall be still. You shall do any work that shall be necessary for the gathering of Israel. Your posterity shall be numerous and great in the priesthood. You shall live to see the winding up scene of wickedness, see and converse with your Redeemer, and inherit all the blessings of his kingdom with all your father's house. Even so, Amen.

Sister Mary, beloved of the Lord, in the name of Jesus of Nazareth I place my hands upon thy head and seal upon you the blessing of a father, even all the blessings of the new and everlasting covenant. Thou art of the blood and lineage of Ephraim and art a legal heir to the priesthood which shall be sealed upon you in fullness in due time, teaching you mysteries that have been kept hid from before the foundation of the world. You shall also have power to heal the sick in thine house and among thy sex. Thou shalt even have power to raise the dead if it be necessary for the salvation of Israel. Thou shalt see thy friends and fathers house embrace the gospel and confess unto thee that thou art in the way of truth and righteousness. Thou shalt be blest in thy basket and thy store in thy house, and about thy habitation you shall have all things which your heart desirest, servants and handmaidens that will delight to do thy will. Thou shall be satisfied with the riches of the earth. The riches of eternity shall be given unto thee. You shall live if you desire it to see the winding up scene of this generation, see a temple built in Jackson County Missouri, and the glory of the Lord rest upon it, and shall receive the greatest blessing in that you ever received before in all your life. This is thy blessing which I seal upon you and it shall not fail. Your children shall multiply as the sand upon the sea shore and be mighty in the priesthood. Even so, Amen.
