*****, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood, I place my hands upon you at this time to give unto you your patriarchal blessing. *****, your Heavenly Father is pleased that you have a desire to receive more information and more knowledge and understanding of the gospel of Jesus Christ. May you realize the blessings that He has in store for you. You will have many great experiences in this life. You are a special spirit. You were a great spirit in the spirit world and you were taught at the feet of the Savior. You made promises there that you would fulfill and do. Now you are here to get a body and move further on in your life. As you serve your Heavenly Father you will be able to have those blessings that He has in store for you.

May you realize the importance of the gospel and continue to live as you are now. Then you will always be happy. As you live a virtuous life you will be more happy. You will have all of the blessings of our Father in Heaven. You will have opportunities in this life to serve other people, both in and out of the church. This will be a great thing in your life when you can do this. You have been given special talents to use, so use them to strengthen the church. Then you will find that you will receive the greater strength that you need. You will be able to accomplish all of the things that you have been sent here to do. You will be able to have a celestial marriage with your eternal companion. Take your time in selecting your companion. Make sure that he honors the priesthood and you will be blessed. It will be a special day when you take upon you the ordinances of the temple. Work your way and continue to serve as you now do and you will be able to accomplish this.

Use the talents that your Heavenly Father has given you. Be honest in your dealings with your fellow men and in your family. Be one who will set the example and go the second mile. Help your family be happy and peaceful. In your own life, when you have children, it will be your responsibility to teach the children the gospel of Jesus Christ. This will be a choice time in your life when you have this opportunity. With your eternal companion, you will be able to do all that you desire to do. This will be very important, as you work together and serve together and pray about the Second Coming of the Savior.

Remember that this world is in a drastic mess. You need to help change it any way that you possibly can, to help people follow the counsel that once was given for them to follow. Remember the priesthood is special. Follow the counsel of the priesthood, especially that of the prophet, and you will not do any thing wrong. He is here to help us gain our eternal life. The Savior gave His life for you that you may have eternal life. May you always be willing to give of yourself. You will always be strong and healthy and have a good life and do the things that will bring peace and happiness to you and your family.

You are here because of your lineage. It comes through Father Abraham, through the House of Israel, and through the loins of Ephraim. Ephraim was a great individual and you have all of the blessings given to him and they are many. You will be able to understand these as you go through life. In the next few years you will have many decisions, so take your time and be wise. Then ask your Heavenly Father if they are right and you will find a burning in your bosom that they are right. You will have a ministering angel to help you from time to time. You will be able to communicate with those of your family who are beyond the veil as you are in the temple. You will be blessed with the opportunity to serve in the temple.

Always remember the Sabbath and keep it holy as much as you can. It is a good time to help and lift the hands that hang down and minister to those who are ill. In this life you will have further information given to you from time to time that will help you in your daily activities. Listen to the prompting of the Holy Ghost. He is there to help you and this will bring light and truth to you. All you need to do is ask. The help of the Holy Ghost in your life will be one of your special blessings. You will be visited in the night time and you will hear voices and it will be an angel from Heavenly Father telling you something that you should do or not do and helping you through life. Always remember that you are just a prayer away from Heavenly Father.

You have a special spirit, *****. You have an important mission here to fulfill. It may be a full time mission or a mission that is within yourself to raise a family. You will have the health and strength you need to do so. All of these blessings are yours as you serve Heavenly Father. Use your faith and bear your testimony. This will strengthen others and yourself. Know that you are here at the appointed time and that you will have a desire to do the things that are right, for you will always do the right things. These blessings will be yours here and in the eternities hereafter. All of these blessings i pronounce upon you, with all of the blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, by the authority of a Patriarch, and I do this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
