Brother *****, by the power of the Priesthood that I hold, I lay my hands upon your head and give you this patriarchal blessing that you might feel the love and guidance of our Heavenly Father, that you might know of His keen interest in your life as you continue here upon the earth. Our Father in Heaven is pleased with your life thus far, Brother *****, and He is mindful of those things which you have done especially as you have accepted His Gospel and come into His Church and focused your lives on keeping the commandments which He has given. He is pleased with your desires to serve Him and keep His commandments. You are of the house of Joseph through his son Ephraim and through this great lineage you are one of the favored sons of our Heavenly Father and have been selected to contribute to and participate in the building up of the Kingdom of God here upon the earth. You will receive great peace and joy and happiness as time goes by as you fulfill this great opportunity.

Now Brother *****, you have been blessed with many talents in this life and among these talents is a keen intellect. This great blessing will serve you well as you continue your life, not only in the pursuit of your livelihood here upon the earth where our Father in Heaven will bless you and watch over you and give you answers to queries and prayers as you continue your life, particularly to take care of those who are blessed to be members of your family, but in addition this will be a great blessing as you continue your activity in the Church. You will be a leader among your own people. This blessing will help and assist you as you continue to do those things which will be asked of you. You will have great opportunities to teach others and to be an example to them, particularly young people, and they will come to love you and listen and look to you for guidance and help and as an example to them. Many will call your name blessed for having given them opportunities to grow closer to their Savior.

You have been given a warm and loving personality that will have great impact on those with whom you work and meet. You will have great opportunity through this talent to teach and share with others the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You have been blessed with a lovely spouse and you will be blessed with posterity that give you great opportunities to share and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. You have been blessed to have gone through the temple of the Lord and there sealed for time and eternity. This great blessing will be with you as you continue your life and give you entrance to the highest of the blessings of our Heavenly Father. The promises that are made there will be realized as you continue your activity in the Church in righteousness. You will have opportunity to continue your education, both in the Gospel and understanding its teachings and as to the teachings of the world. As you continue your study and prayer of the Gospel, you will be blessed with an understanding of the teachings and a testimony of the truthfulness of the Gospel that will never leave you and will be a basis for your every action and activity, both within the Church and without. You will do missionary service throughout your lifetime. You will be able to see the lives of those who are close to you and those with whom you have developed good relationships learn more about the Gospel. You will see these people as their lives are changed and warmed and made alive by the teachings of the Gospel. You will experience the joy and happiness that comes as you see others join with you in Church activities and programs, especially as they participate in their movement along life's paths and proceed to return to their Heavenly Father.

Now Brother *****, as you continue your life there will be times of discouragement and difficulty that arise. When these times come and as you go to your Heavenly Father in prayer with a broken heart and a contrite spirit, He will bless you with understanding and wisdom that will enable you to grow and develop and share with others your wisdom as you continue your life. These experiences will enable you to draw close to others and to support them in their trials as they come to you, as they surely will, for help and guidance and direction. As you continue your life, you will serve in responsible positions. You will have opportunity to be a Bishop and those things with you have learned will enable your to embark on these callings and you will receive great joy and peace and happiness as you commit your life and serve others as you go through the experiences life has to offer. Nevertheless, Brother *****, do not be discouraged, for our Heavenly Father knows you and knows of your potential. He has chosen you to be a leader and a guide to many other sin your sojourn here upon the earth and in the Church. Great peace and happiness will come to you and your family as you do those things in righteousness that will come to you through your efforts in the Church.

Now as you go forward in your life, Brother *****, go without fear and trembling for our father in Heaven will go before you. You will know of His guidance and direction as you continue for He does not wish that your life be cut short before your mission here is complete. He will watch over and protect and guide your life as you go forward. Nevertheless, you will not be amazed at the circumstances that take place, for you will know from whence these blessings come. He will protect you from accidents and serious illness until your mission in righteousness is completed here upon the earth. You will find, *****, that as you continue your activities with others and the interactivities with them increase, many will be touched by you and your good spouse and your family as you draw closer to your Heavenly Father in your home and business activities. Many will come to you to learn more of what makes you what you are.

Now go forward and be at peace and know that our Father in Heaven loves your and is aware of you and will give you answers to your prayers. Remember that Satan is real and desires to make you his and should you yield to his temptations and follow him, these blessings will be lost to you and you will be left on your own to continue your life.

I bless you as you continue, the destroyer will pass you by until your mission is complete here upon the earth and bless you to come forth in the day of the first resurrection and continue your journey into eternity. I seal these blessings upon your head by the power of the Priesthood that I hold on the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
