Brother *****, in the name of Jesus Christ, by the power of the Priesthood which I hold and as a patriarch in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints I lay my hands upon your head and give you a blessing to supplement the patriarchal blessing given to you as a young man by Brother XXXXX. And I pray our Father in Heaven, at this time, that I may be directed in the words which I pronounce upon your head that I may bless you and admonish you in such a manner that you will have comfort and satisfaction from the proceeds of this day. And I pray our Father's Spirit will be with you Brother *****, that you may continue to accept, as direction in your activities, the words that have been spoken in the blessing which was given to you by Brother XXXXX.

You are of the lineage of Ephraim and you are fortunate in your heritage that you are entitled, according to your lineage, to all of those blessings which were promised by the prophets of old to the children of Israel, according to your faithfulness and your integrity. And I bless you, at this time, that you will continue to use the talents with which our Father in Heaven has blessed you for the up-building of His Kingdom here upon the earth. You are blessed with spirituality and a natural desire in your heart to be of service to your fellow beings. And I bless you, at this time, that you will continue to serve in such a manner that others seeing your good example and hearing your sincere testimony of the truthfulness will feel to glorify our Father in Heaven and to join with us in the acceptance of the restored gospel. I bless you Brother ***** that you will have power to overcome the temptations which may present themselves from time to time and that you will use your free agency in determining your course of action from day to day in such a manner that you will progress in mortality and that you will prepare yourself for exaltation in our Father's Celestial Kingdom. I bless you, dear Brother, that you will recognize the responsibilities that rest upon you as a husband and a father, that you will realize that your exaltation will depend largely upon keeping your family unit sold in the faith, that they, with you, may receive exaltation that is promised to the faithful among our Father's children. Now I admonish you at this time, do not despair in the loss of your little one, continue to have faith and you will be blessed with additional posterity that will add to your happiness and your peace and in the satisfaction that you will feel in accomplishing our Father's divine purpose here in mortality. Now I admonish you at this time, continue in the course that you have chosen to follow, continue to be humble and prayerful and to seek increased knowledge that your testimony will strengthen and that you will continue to have a desire to serve your fellow beings and to bring unto them the same peace and happiness that you desire for yourself. I seal these blessings upon your head at this time in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
