Sister *****, as an ordained patriarch in the _____ Stake of Zion I place my hands upon your head and confer upon you a patriarchal blessing. By the direction given in this blessing you will find a close bond between you and your Father in Heaven. It will help you in searching and finding the desires of your heart. Enriched understanding will be yours as you pray and endeavor to do the will of the Lord.

You are of the house of Ephraim, blesses to be in that lineage our Heavenly Father has established for His righteous children. You are entitled to the blessings of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. This will give you special understanding of the work of the Lord with His children and their earthly experience. You will enjoy the covenants you make therein. All will lead to every gift and right and blessing that can lead you to the Celestial kingdom.

I bless you to recognize the responsibility you have to the organized program of the church. You will be found engaged in helping the kingdom to grow. You will support the prophet now upon the earth. When called upon you will become a teacher and a leader. You will be found among the others found sustaining those called to lead.

I bless you to have much success in your chosen activities in temporal affairs. Your spiritual growth will strengthen you temporally. You will make wise decisions whenever called upon to determine the path to follow. You will go to the Lord in prayer. You will reach out to those who have yet to be taught the message of our Heavenly Father. From time to time you will be called to walk in the paths of those not yet in the kingdom. You will be of great service to them.

You will have the ultimate blessings the Lord would have you have. You will be surrounded in a home that will be pleasant to you in which you will be a guiding light. In the proper time of the Lord you will become a mother in Israel. You will have assigned to you those who will be your eternally.

I bless you to find great joy in being associated with those placed over you in the way of the Lord. It will be a pleasure to sit in counsel with those who are directed by the Father and the Savior.
