*****, in the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood invested in me, I place my hands on your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing. A Patriarchal Blessing is one that can guide your footsteps here on this earth and in the ife to come. I pray ***** that our Father in Heaven's Spirit, the Holy Ghost, will be here so both you and I will know this is the blessing intended for you.

***** you come from the House of Israel through the lineage of Ephraim. Ephraim was given the responsibility to spread the gospel to the whole world.. ***** you will also have this opportunity to spread the gospel to the whole world. ***** you will also have this opportunity to spread the gospel as you bear your testimony and influence your friends throughout your life.

Be a student of the scriptures, read the Book of Mormon over and over. Understand its message; understand that it is another testament of Jesus Christ and of his great atonement for us.

Keep the Word of Wisdom, by doing so you will have health of mind and body. With that health of mind use it to further your education in the gospel.

Pay your tithes and offerings don't be stingy with the Lord. By doing so you will have many material blessings and you will not want for the necessities of this life, but more importantly, you will have many, many spiritual blessings.

I bless you ***** to be able to get a good college education, as you will need it in your adult life. Don't shy away from those courses and studies that can help you in this important part of your education.

***** I feel to give you some special spiritual gifts.

I bless you with gift of testimony that you will live your life as an open book of your testimony. It will be one that will influence others especially your family and friends.

I bless you with the gift of charity, the love of God. You will have your hand of fellowship and friendship out to all.

I bless you with the gift of miracles. You will be the cause of many miracles in your life and in the lives of your family and friends.

***** remember it is always best to make the most of your life and not have the most.

I bless you that as the time is right you will be able to find that worthy young man and with him go to the temple and be married for time and eternity and enjoy the blessings of the temple covenants in your lives. You will also be a mother in Zion. There is no greater blessing to come to a woman than to be a mother and be able to teach her children the principles of the gospel as well as honesty, integrity, hard work and those things that are lovely and good in this life.

I bless you ***** that you will have a long happy, healthful life being able to influence many people as your paths cross.

***** you will be a leader in the auxiliaries of the church. You will be called to preside over organizations, teach lessons and influence many people. Do it with a conviction of Jesus Christ and of the great testimony you have of him.

I bless you to come forth in the morning of the first resurrection clothed with glory and exaltation there being able to live with your Father in Heaven and your family.

All these blessings are yours if you keep the commandments and if it is the will of our Father in Heaven.
