Ann Gooch. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I lay my hands upon thy head to give thee a Patriarchal Blessing. The Lord thy God has seen the sincerity of thy heart and thy faith. Thy name is written in the Lamb's Book of Life. The Lord thy God has brought thee through many afflictions and sorrows, and has given his angels charge over thee, both by sea and by land. Through thy willingness and obedience, thou art entitled to all the Holy Priesthood. And thou shalt receive all thy washings and anointings. And you and your companions shall labor together through time and all eternity in saving your father's household. And I say, dear sister, be thou thankful that thou hath got a companion that will lead thee back to the presence of God. Satan hath had a desire to slay thee! But God, thy Heavenly Father, has preserved thee. And I say by virtue of the Holy Priesthood, that thy health shall begin to amend, for the Holy Ghost shall come into thy body and be in thy body from the crown of thy head to the soles of thy feet. And I say, that thy last days shall be thy best days. Thy companions shall be, when thou has finished thy mission, that of all the holy women. For thou art of the blood of Joseph, through the loins of Ephraim. And thou shalt wear a Queenly Crown. The Lord thy God has seen thy sufferings. And because thou hast borne them patiently, thou hast found favor in the sight of thy Father in Heaven. And I bless thee and say that thou shalt sit on a throne with thy husband, and I bless thee with principalities and long life and I say in the Name of Jesus Christ, that thou shalt be blest with eternal life, which is the greatest gift of God. I bless thee with the Blessings of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And I give thee power to come forth in the first resurrection and seal thee up unto eternal life, Amen.
