Dear Sister, I lay my hands upon thy head in the name of Jesus Christ and by the authority of the holy priesthood I bless thee with a father's and a patriarchal blessing and say unto thee, inasmuch as thou hast entered in the new and everlasting covenants and taken upon thee the name of Jesus Christ with a determination to serve God to the best of thy ability to the end of thy probation, if thou art faithful in keeping his covenant, thou shalt be blest with whatsoever good thing thou desirest. Thou shall, in connection with thy companion, receive all the power of the priesthood and stand at the head of thy family and posterity which shall be numerous and honorable. Thou art a mother in Israel. Thou shall be worthy and a powerful helpmate to thy companion, to aid him in all his labors which he shall be called to do in his generation. Thou shall live and see thy posterity multiply down to the third and fourth generation and many of them shall rise up and call thee blessed.

Thou hast desired to have a knowledge of the work of God and the gifts of the gospel and inasmuch as thou shall ask for them in faith they shall be granted to thee even according to the desires of thy heart. Thou art of the blood of Ephraim and in connection with thy companion thou shall aid and assist in accomplishing that which God has said should be done in the earth in the last days. Thy life shall be prolonged according to thy desire and faith and thou shall not be compelled to part with it till thou art willing. When thou hast suffered and done the will of God and the time of thy last and solemn change shall come, thou shall be changed from mortality to immortality and reign on earth with Christ a thousand years and then be crowned in the Celestial Kingdom of God in a mansion of glory prepared for thee and thine. All these blessings are in store for thee if thou art faithful to the end of thy probation. One jot nor tittle thereof shall not fail till all be fulfilled for I ask God the Eternal Father in the name of Jesus Christ to seal these blessings upon thee and I seal these blessings upon thee by the authority of the Holy Priesthood, and in the name of Jesus Christ, seal you up to Eternal Life, even so. Amen.
