Brother *****, I, a servant of the true and living God, a patriarch in the Church holding the Holy Priesthood, lay my hands upon your head and give unto you your patriarchal blessing as you have requested. *****, you are very special in the sight of your Heavenly Father. He truly knows you well - the very depths of your being; your thoughts; your feelings, and the deep desires of your heart. He is pleased with you and wants to bless you throughout your days of mortality. Therefore, He wants you to live in that manner so that at any moment His Spirit can be with you and bless you according to His will for you; perhaps to warn you; perhaps to lead you in a certain direction; perhaps to open your understanding of some truth or light that is before you that concerns your life or family or some special needs. His love for you is pure and perfect, and it is eternal. I bless you to remember these things, and to remember who you are - indeed, a spirit son of Heavenly Father, who is of great worth to Him and who has a great interest in your well-being, your happiness and joy, and in your progress toward exaltation. I bless you to keep yourself clean and pure before Him, seek to perfect your faith, and live to be worthy to partake of every blessing He has prepared for His sons and daughters. I bless you to seek each day to please your God, to live in anticipation of great and glorious blessings which He has prepared for you, and to obtain His greatest gifts of eternal life and exaltation.

You are of Ephraim, blessed of heavenly Father to be of this chosen lineage in the House of Israel. Ephraim, son of Joseph, is the chosen of the Lord to be the principal instrument through which He has restored truth from all previous dispensations to the earth in these latter-days, and is also the principal instrument through which He is gathering the faithful and elect of God into The Kingdom of God on Earth, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I bless you that the Lord will call you to serve a mission among a choice people in a choice place, to be one of his gatherers searching out the faithful and elect of God and bringing them into the fold of the true Shepherd, the Lord Jesus Christ, so they may partake of the eternal blessings and eternal glory which is prepared for them. Remember that He loves all His children on earth, and He desires that we love them also. I bless you to be filled with that pure love of Christ, and to share that love with all whom you know. Thus, you shall keep His greatest commandments to love the Lord your God with all your might, mind and strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself. I bless you to be guided and protected by the Spirit, to teach by the Spirit, and to have others to hear your message of salvation by that same Spirit and receive the confirmation of truth in that manner. I bless you that the Lord shall open doors of opportunity to help and bless you, and that He will open your understanding to things which will bring you to the greatest joy and success. I bless you to listen to the voice of the Holy Ghost for direction and guidance, and to keep yourself aware of the happenings of this world; thus, to be wise and knowledgeable and able to choose a profession that will use your great talents and skills, and your great intellect and mental capacity. You are blessed with many choice gifts that will be a great blessing to you, and to others who come to know you and feel the greatness and goodness of your wonderful spirit. Truly, *****, The Lord has blessed you with the capacity to accomplish anything which you set your heart to do. I bless you to trust Him fully, and to listen to and obey His voice - whether it comes to you throughout the voice of the Holy Ghost or the voice of His living prophets. I bless you to be anxious to go to the House of the Lord to be endowed with power from on high. I bless you to know that this power is the knowledge of how to live life to obtain eternal life and exaltation. I bless you to be married in the Temple to a choice and highly favored daughter of Heavenly Father, who will love and bless you forever, and fill your life with happiness, joy, peace and love far greater than you have felt thus far. I bless you to be a Father in Israel, having choice and special spirit children of Heavenly Father to be of your eternal family and eternal kingdom. I bless you that a fullness of joy shall come from these things, for your eternal companionship shall be glorious and eternal, your family shall be close together and full of love for one another and a joy to you forever. I bless you that all your household shall be filled with love and with the Spirit of the Lord which shall abide with you in your home and be your guide and teacher.

I bless you, as you go forth from this day, to be filled with the power to overcome the obstacles of life that you shall face - to overcome Satan and the temptations and evils of the world. I bless you with strength, faith and courage in the face of the wars and evils that shall continue to increase until the Savior comes to rule and reign in the millennial era. I bless you to know that the Lord is in charge of this earth and all His creations, that He has all power and all knowledge, and that He will protect His saints and His loved ones. I bless you to have a full, exciting and productive life, and that you shall see miracles and the hands of the Lord in the affairs of this whole earth and the nations of the earth and in your on personal life. I bless you with the spirit of gratitude, and to always express to Heavenly Father your love and appreciation for Him and for your Savor. Now, go forth with faith and courage, knowing that all things are in His hands, that He will protect and bless you and your loved ones, and keep you in His loving care. He shall fill your life and your very soul with love and peace, as you go forth in faithfulness and living in accordance with His teachings.
