Sister Laura, I lay my hands upon your head to bless you with a father's blessing and to seal and ratify those blessings which have hitherto been given to you. You are a lawful heir to the blessings of the kingdom, being a literal descendant of Joseph through the loins of Ephraim, and the desire of your heart is to do good in your day and generations and to help to build up the kingdom of our Father on the earth.

Your heart is honest before the Lord and he has had his eye upon you for good, and the blessing shall be upon you inasmuch as you will put your trust in the Lord. You shall be blessed and be delivered from evil and not a hair of your head shall fall to the ground. You shall live till you are satisfied with life and if you are willing to abide a celestial law, you shall have celestial blessings and exaltations, all which I promise and confer upon you at this time and say you shall be a blessing to your Father's house and kindred and you shall have every favor and blessing of the heavens and the earth which you need, and the holy comforter shall be with you and dwell in you, and inasmuch as you are humble and faithful, it shall be a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

And I say that you shall be exalted and crowned with the great blessed and noble to dwell with prophets, patriarchs, and apostles if passive in the hands of the Lord and will let him mold you into a vessel of honor. You shall discern right from wrong and shall increase until you are sanctified and made perfect through suffering. I seal all these blessings upon you by the holy priesthood and holy anointing given me, and you shall have all you desire in righteousness. I seal them in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost, even so, amen.
