Brother *****, by the authority of the Holy Priesthood and in accordance with your desire, I lay my hands upon your head and give you a Patriarchal Blessing, and as you give of your time and talents for the advancement of our Father's cause in the earth you shall rejoice in the work of the Lord, and your testimony of the gospel will grow beyond that which you now can realize. You will be blessed to know that Joseph Smith was an instrument in the hands of our Father in Heaven in the restoration of the gospel in these, the last days; that Jesus is the Son of God, the Savior of the world, the blesser of mankind. This testimony, as you bear it to the good and advancement of our Father's cause will become the greatest blessing in your life.

I seal upon you every blessing that will be for your good, and bless you that you will be able to withstand all the temptation and evil of this world and be found prepared for exaltation in our Father's Kingdom; that you may carry your temple recommend with you at all times; that you may be proud of the blessing which is your, the blessing of that holy house.

You shall be blessed because of your lineage that you may receive of the promise of Abraham that all nations should be blessed and you were assigned to a mission in our Father's Kingdom and his spirit has moved upon you many times to activate you to the work of the Lord and to the good in the work which is yours, and as you give freely of your abilities and energies for the advancement of our Father's cause and for the good and advancement of His other children, you will be blessed and have peace of mind beyond that which you realize.

I seal you up to come forth in a glorious resurrection in the morning of the resurrection of the Just, clothed in the robes of the holy Priesthood, prepared to preside among your posterity with your companion through all eternity, that you may officiate in your Priesthood in our Father's Kingdom through all eternity and have the blessings of Heaven as your guide.

Seek diligently. Store your mind with useful knowledge and give freely of your time and talents.
