Brother William Joseph Killpack, in the name of Jesus and by virtue of my high and holy calling, I lay my hands upon your head and seal upon you a patriarchal blessing. Thou art of the seed of Joseph through the loins of Ephraim, and a legal heir to the Holy Melchizedek Priesthood, and the blessings of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. For you kept your first estate and before this earth was created, thou wast ordained to the High Priesthood, after the order of the Only Begotten; and your life and Priesthood have been hid with Christ in God, that you might come forth in the last dispensation to do a great work for the living and for the dead, for thou art of the chosen seed; therefore I seal upon you all the blessings of the New and Everlasting Covenant.

Dear Brother, there is a great work for you to do for the dead of your Father's House and it will come to pass in the near future that the Spirit of the Lord will rest down upon you, powerfully, and you will receive revelations from on high, in dreams and visions, and through the whisperings of the Spirit, when you lay upon your bed at night. For your mind will be lit up by the Spirit of the Living God. The work that you have already done is pleasing in the sight of the Lord; your spirit is a presiding spirit; for you will become a mighty counselor in Zion, and your posterity will be very great in the Holy Priesthood and your name will be had in honorable remembrance throughout all generations; and your house will never be left without a man to bear your name. For through your faithfulness not one of your posterity will be lost. There have been born through your loins some of the noblest spirits that ever came to earth, chosen vessels, that were retained in the heavens until the last dispensation could be ushered in.

I bless you, Brother, with the gift of healing, and it will come to pass that on whomsoever you lay your hands that are not appointed to death will be healed and if you so live and desire you will live to see the coming of the Son of Man, which is near at hand. There is one of your posterity that was chosen of God to minister to the lost sheep of Israel, and that he will do, and you will live to see it; and I tell you, Brother, there are thousands and tens of thousands that will rise up and call you blessed. Your reward will be very great, for it will come to pass that you will pass by the angels and the Gods to your exaltation and sit down with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, crowned a king and priest unto God to reign and rule in the House of Israel forever.

I seal upon you the blessings of health and long life and all former blessings. And I seal you up to eternal life and against the hour of temptation, to come forth in the early morning of the first resurrection in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
